Support is useless
I needed to update my bank account as my previous one close. Support told me I needed to go through kyc verification. They have rejected 5 different kycs and continue telling me that I need to resubmit because my previous bank account was closed. They will not tell me why my kyc is being rejected. I have submitted a new bank account and they continue to reject it. Support is no help and my money is stuck.
