Paid for Express, Shrimp Arrived Dead
I am very disappointed with my experience.
I ordered 18 Cardinal shrimp and paid for DHL Express delivery (1–3 days). However, the seller shipped the package using a slower service (DHL Paket) without informing me. As a result, the delivery took several days longer than expected.
I contacted both DHL Germany and DHL Romania, and they confirmed that the shipment was not sent via Express. The longer transit time had serious consequences — most of the shrimp did not survive the transport. Out of 18 shrimp, only 3 survived.
What is most frustrating is that I warned the seller immediately after shipment that this mistake would likely result in the death of the animals, but no action was taken.
This situation could have been easily avoided. Shipping live animals with an inappropriate delivery service is unacceptable.
I cannot recommend this seller.
