Bought Nubia z80 ultra which was…

Bought Nubia z80 ultra which was shipped by Royal Mail. It has been 17 days with Royal Mail showing unclear pattern of attempted delivery and delivery to some sort of Post Office. Chased Royal Mail but despite two discussed redelivery attempts nothing has been delivered. Sent few emails to Nubia and called them too. They promised to solve the issue as a priority via email. So far got nothing but just rebounding emails from their so called support emails support at intl.nubia.com and pr at nubia.com. I should have done a proper research prior to placing the order. I am going to wait for few days and then PayPal support will be the only solution. Do your research before buying anything from them.

Bought a ZTE Axon 40 ultra but decided…

Bought a ZTE Axon 40 ultra but decided to cancel it less than 30 minutes later. They told me the order was cancelled and I would be refunded instantly.

25 emails later, 1 call to their customer service line and still no refund.

I had to open a Paypal resolution to get my money back. They just kept saying that I will get my refund in a few days ... that never came.

Honestly AVOID this scam company!
