I ordered end of April. 5th of May I received an email saying that there were issues with quality. I didn't check here then, thought they were genuine. A few emails exchanged later, requested refund m... See more

Fake Yodel tracking
Fake Yodel tracking number given in dispatch email, this never tracks on the Yodel site. No response either to emails or online help form. I'm charging back through my card provider.
Okay so I had been using Zoya nail…
Okay so I had been using Zoya nail polish since 2013 when I worked in Wholefoods Market. They were always great quality, one coat only needed & didn’t chip easily.
However the last two nail polishes I have purchased from two different suppliers have been really inferior in quality. I have had to put on three coats to get anywhere near the advertised colour. They are also chipping a lot. I’m not sure of the reason why but can only think they have maybe sold the company and they are producing inferior products now. It’s a real shame as they were once extremely good. If you can find them the brand Priti NYC used to be good.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I have been chasing a refund for a purchase since June! Awful scam company!!!
Report them by googling "Report a Merchant Shopify"
YOU CAN REPORT ZOYA UK
Trustpilot doesn't allow you to add links, but google "Report a Merchant, Shopify" Find the email confirmation from ZOYA UK and click "view your order" then copy and paste that URL into the form. It takes 1 minute.
The more people report them, the stronger the case for Shopify to take action.
It's insane how this company are able to get away with not delivering their goods?! I've received a refund from my bank but they need to be stopped.
If I could give them 0 stars I would.
I've ordered twice from Zoya UK, and I would love to get their polishes as I genuinely love them. However, First order took 6 weeks, Zoya emailed me during that time to tell me that there had been an issue with the formulation, and they would be taking slightly longer - they gave me a discount code for the late order, and although it took 6 weeks, it was okay as I had communication and the discount.
At the beginning of September I placed my second order, using the discount code from the first, it's now November and I still don't have the polishes. Zero communication from Zoya, zero response to my emails, in fact during the time I've been waiting for my order the website went down and it looked like they were closed! I contacted my CC company to reverse the charge, and I'm now going to be waiting to get my money back.
If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Avoid with a barge pole!
Same story as everyone else - apparently a quality control issue meant the products I ordered weren't available so I chose to wait for replacements which never arrived, despite multiple emails chasing. BUT, I did finally get a refund 3 months later!
Please please do not order …
Please please do not order from this company. I placed an order on the 15th September received no goods and no reply to 3 emails sent requesting information. Fortunately my bank has claimed the money back and I have been reimbursed. I wish I had seen the reviews on Trustpilot before I ordered.
Order dated 16th September 2025
I placed an order on 16th September which was confirmed by email on the same date. I have since sent 3 emails to Zoya chasing for the ordered items or at the very least a communication. To date I still have not received any delivery or email response.
I will not be using this company again even though their product is good as I am not prepared to lose more money.
Ordered 3 nail polishes
Ordered 3 nail polishes. Got a confirmation email and never received anything. I have emailed customer service but no answer.
Terrible company but good nail polish so buy elsewhere …
Zoya is one of my favourite nail polish brands. I ordered with this company as I wanted some of the wider z brushes that aren’t available anywhere else. My order wasn’t dispatched and my emails were ignored. I did a chargeback through my bank who were brilliant so I got a full refund. I don’t think this is a genuine company and would avoid.
SCAM WEBSITE!!
I ordered nail polish, from this scam web-shop, 5 weeks ago. The nail polish never arrived. I emailed the web-shop, so many times, but they never replied. I just wish I had read these reviews before parting with my money! Be warned, although Zoya nail polish is a genuine product, THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!! They will take your money, and never send your order!!
SCAM COMPANY
I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but this is beyond appalling. Unfortunately i didn't check online reviews here before purchasing off THIS SCAM . their website is zoyapolish.co.uk, uk address, trust pilot wont let me put the link here. Order placed, order number given but no further communication on order being shipped let alone delivered. Their standards on their website and purchase confirmation says 2-4 business days order should be shipped and delivered by. I sent several emails asking for follow ups and even asked for a refund as legally according to consumer rights act we have 14 days to ask for a refund on product or service as long as we've not used it or opened it. I therefore after 5 days of not hearing back from my initial order and seeing bad reviews and after my follow up emails regarding the order updates, asked for a refund. I hadn't heard anything back. I have now in total sent 6 emails from point of purchase till now. Scam company, report to companies house, report to trading standards. It seems they are illegally taking orders yet are not an actively trading company. Super disgusted and disappointed. Nail polish direct is the only website to maybe purchase zoya polishes from in the uk. However the shade i was looking for is out of stock. I will now call my bank and get them to give me a refund. I'd give 0 start if i could.
SCAMMERS! Do not buy from them
Do not buy from them! I ordered 2 months ago and still haven’t recieved my order, nor will they refund or reply to my emails. Absolute scammers! Reporting them now that I’ve seen everyone else’s reviews.
Never received polish or refund
Zoya was my favorite nail-polish brand in the States, and I was looking forward to ordering some from it when I moved to the U.K.
First, my partner ordered one bottle as a gift. He received a message that the color he had chosen hadn’t lived up to standards of quality, which I now see is a line that many customers have been given. He never received a replacement.
Not realizing the scam, I then tried to order several bottles myself and received a confirmation text, but without any shipping information (and no email confirmation). I emailed the company many times over two months. At one point, I actually did receive a response, saying that they had a backlog and would fulfill my order when possible -- and that I could request a refund if I preferred. The polish never arrived, and neither did the refund I eventually requested. I am now pursuing a dispute through my bank.
My 'next day delivery' order never…
My 'next day delivery' order never arrived! They have suspicious contact ... I think I got scammed.... Now seeing everyone else's reviews ...
SCAM
Same issue as everyone else, takes your money and then ghosts you.
Order did not arrive after months
Order did not arrive after months. No refund given and all emails ignored. Do not use at all!
I don’t know what has happened to Zoya
I don’t know what has happened to Zoya, I’ve ordered from them multiple times without any issues and now I’m months on from an order that was never delivered. I was initially told what I’d ordered was not up to quality and they were waiting for a replacement batch, then nothing. I’ve emailed them multiple times requesting a refund and received no refund or reply. The order status is still pending.
Paid for goods not received
Paid for 2 bottles of polish. 7 days passed and no dispatch email. Wrote email to them asking if everything ok. Noone replied. Wrote second email. Noone replied. Nearly 2 weeks now and haven't received after paying £4.20 for delivery without 2-4 business days. I think this company is a scam
SCAMMERS! AVOID!
Like everyone else I placed an order with trusted, well known brand Zoya. Never received it, fobbed off with production issues excuses. Eventually sent a shipping email with a fake shipping code and have been ghosted since.
They are actually scamming people. I believe the production issues excuse is a strategy to avoid people reversing bank charges within the viable timeframe, as PayPal/ many banks will not allow disputes after 1 month+.
What can we do about this?! I contacted Zoya US who also ghosted me. If they are not complicit they should be responding to us. No response to IG messages. Comments turned off on their UK IG. The company needs to be taken down.
