Reply to ZOschoon's reply: We do received an order confirmation immediately from Ohmygood. We have bought 5 other brands of products from Ohmygood platform, the 5 companies all sent us delivery information within two days. That's why we were suprised that we have waited for 16 days to receive the products from ZO schoon. (see review NO.3) Good to know you encountered an error during processing. We, as customers, are just stating the facts.
You mentioned PostNL suppose to deliver the products within 24 hours but it took 5 days. That's too bad of PostNL, ZOschoon can ask compensation from PostNL if you bought their expensive service for delivery within 24 hours. We, as customers, are just stating the facts.
Thank you for confirming your products are made of plastic. You mentioned this material is clearly stated on your product pages and FAQ. Unfortunately we didn't find "plastic" at all on your website. You do mention "forever bottle". This is a very tricky and confusing defination for plastic. There is no FAQ founded neither.
Thank you for clearing the discrimination matter. We believe so that you are treating every review, feedback and customers equal. Please do not continue reporting and trying to take off our reviews. We are not enemies but customers giving very honest feedbacks. It costs us a lot of time already.
Review NO.2: On your website "ZO fiets pakket" image has a kokosspons in the product images. But what we received doesn't have this product. So we suggest please put a matching image for your product, otherwise it is very misleading.
Since we have spend much more time on these repeatingly reviews... if there is any further communication has to be done, we will refer it to ACM and european customer service.
1. Way too expensive. From ZO website, the bottles looks like made of glass but they are just plastic. In the description it didn't indicate the materials.
2.The provided products are different than the images online. There is one product (the brown sponge thing) missing based on the image. It's tricky to purchase something with an unmatched image.
3. The seller didn't send out the product before we called them twice and whatsapped 3 times through 12 days... (we are in the Netherlands too). So after five times pushing, there was just a random explanation: "there is something wrong with your order" . Actually we didn't recieve any post email about they have posted the products. So we, as customers, have paid for the products month ago, and we would like an honest reply. Forgot or what's wrong with the order? We purchased on the 29 January. After 4 days, no email from ZO for sending the package, on the 2nd February we called them but no one picked up. So we have to contact on WhatsApp which we don't prefer due to privacy. They didn't even know what did we purchase... And they were saying if we bought a cheaper version (floor cleaning)... Then they promised to send on the 2nd February, but they didn't. So on the 8th February we contacted them again, no one reply. On the 9th February again, no one reply. Then we called again finally someone picked up. Hey, since when the customers have to chase after the seller? So eventually they sent out the package on the 9th Feb. We received the package on the 14th Feb.... (we bought on the 29th Jan... They probably use the cheapest and slowest delivery PostNL)
4. We don't like to contact with sellers on WhatsApp due to privacy. Even though we contacted on WhatsApp, but we were ignored without any apology. And telephone was not available causes a problem during the communication too..
5. It was not a pleasant online shopping experience. We don't know if there is any discrimination happening because we speak English? We only bought ZO products because we had a Ohmygood gift card. On Ohmygood we purchased a lot of products, all the other products arrived within a week after the purchasing on the 29th of January. Only ZO has caused us so much energy. The online shopping experience is about accuracy, efficient process. But sadly it's not happening with ZO. We hope every word we wrote can be read carefully especially we have spent so much time on this....
