I ordered a tuner that was supposedly …

I ordered a tuner that was supposedly able to tune a viola, but it did not. I contacted Zorro Sounds and the gentleman was polite, understanding, and apologetic. He refunded/credited the full amount to my account and also allowed me to keep the tuner the hassle of returning it. That's GOOD business!

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICE - BEWARE

I ordered headphones online and got a call next day by a guy named Yosef and asked me to give him my birthdate. When I asked why he needed it, he said that his "IT Department" requested it. I replied that it represents a very sketchy business practice and illegal to ask for such unnecessary and private information. I told him that this was not appropriate and he quickly said ok and hung up.
BE CAREFUL FOLKS, giving out your birthdate is one of several data information they need to commit identity theft. Shame on you, Zorro.

GREAT DEAL however....

I love my Beats Mixr headphones ($99) great deal however I had to wait 5 days for the transaction to "process" and when I finally got in touch with them they immediately sent the order out via 2 day shipping (no charge) and now I'm as happy as can be with my new Beats!!
