Speedy refund after purchased a coat…
Speedy refund after purchased a coat and was unfortunately too small. Very quick customer service in regards to the email response to query returns.
Returns label and details on delivery note would be useful to have in the future. Would definitely buy from Zoron again.

Regarding returns label, due to the size of our brand we unfortunately can't offer free returns. However, as the brand grows, this is definitely something we would consider implementing in the future. Thanks again.

To leave a 1 review is extremely unfair considering it has only been 3 working days since shipping your order from the UK to Finland, and delivery to EU states it usually takes roughly 5-8 WORKING DAYS. In the interest of fairness this review should be ignored or deleted.

I want to keep this short and simple. Very good quality clothes with very nice subtle details. The v2 cargos perfect fit and i would have bought one of each colour if they were available in my size. Great customer service and shipping did not take long.

Apologies that you were not fully satisfied with your purchase.
The shorts had a small mark on the inside of the waistband which was not visible externally, therefore it was unfortunately missed by our Quality Control checks prior to sending out packages. The customer only mentioned this after asking for a refund because the item was too big.
The order was immediately refunded after the customer declined an exchange.
