The quality of the lamp was very poor

The quality of the lamp was very poor. After assembling it, I was disappointed and worried that it was completely bent before I could even hang it up. Even more disappointing was the brightness of the lamp when I turned it on. Stay away — cheapest China-made product.

The website is a scam

The website is a scam. I wanted to purchase a lamp, i made the purchase and right after the payment i got a very unclear message that i could get a discount which i thought it was for the light i was going to buy, instead it was for a second light (basically with this trick you buy two lights without even knowing it) . My bank automatically blocked the second payment, which already says a lot (thanks to my bank). I do not event want to receive the light, and i want my money back. I have asked immediately the refund of the payment of the first light. I will contact the postal police if i do not get the payment back. Bestellung #3687
What they answer is not true cause they have not refund me the money. The bank has blocked the second payment while for the first item i have asked immediate refund and instead they say they have delivered already (while i have sent the cancellation, on a Sunday, literally 10 minutes after i received the order confirmation).

Avoid this website, shady business.

Avoid this website. Ordered a rechargeable, dimmable light and after many weeks waiting, a different light arrived which is not recharge and has to be wired in. The product did not match the description on the site.

I am now forced to shell out expensive international shipping fees to return the light back to China where this business is based in, in order to receive a full refund.

Stylish, “room making” products

I ordered a dinner table overhead light. The product is stylish and is a statement piece for the room.

The customer service was excellent and I would recommend this product.

Great customer service and beautiful design

I had some technical issues with a lamp, but customer service helped me immediately. The response was very fast, transparent, and extremely friendly. The issue was resolved without any hassle. Can’t thank the team enough.
Ordering, payment, and delivery all went smoothly. The lamp was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
I also want to mention that I absolutely love the design of the lamp, it looks beautiful, and modern. The quality is exactly what I was looking for. Overall, a very positive experience. I’m completely satisfied and would definitely order there again. 😊

The light I bought you can tell is…

The light I bought you can tell is manufactured cheap, doesn’t come with any installation instructions with it and the ones on the website are more challenging to understand than helpful, if it wasn’t such a nightmare to take it down and put it back in the box I would send it back. I would think carefully before buying lights from here.
