Product was exactly as advertised. It was used for the required trip and was of good quality. Delivery times were better than expected and the team provides the necessary shipping updates.

I ordered two carriers for my cats. Delivery was very fast, it took only 3 days and was exactly on the expected date. The carriers look exactly as advertised on their website. Customer Service was very responsive.

The carrier surprised me in a good way. Despite my lack of experience, I had low expectations and hoped it would be good for the price. Well, it worked out perfectly! The zippers were smooth, the bottom was robust, and the start connections weren't as squeaky as I had expected.
While coiled up during our journey, my 5 kilogram puppy had enough of room and was able to stand up. Despite the fact that dogs must remain in their carriers, I appreciated that the top opened to let me pet him.
No one measured it, and because it was soft-sided, it was able to squeeze somewhat to go under the seat even though it was a little taller than what my airline permitted.

I have ordered the items to be delivered at my office. Payed and provide full details (pretty easy to reach) They texted me that they "ONLY HOME AND NO OFFICE DELIVERY" and they event don't explain why etc. I don't know who is working in customer service there - I guess the people are just trying to shut this store down. Also - all the staff in terms of accessories they are selling - I found almost every item on Aliexpress or TEMU. they are just scammers and resellers be aware. By the way I have no idea if they will return my money or not - I am planing to sue them If they don't.
