pretty good i quickly got 3000 points and redeemed it for a virtual visa card but on my phone i couldnt do a phone number so i couldnt cash out but i tried on pc and it cashed out im waiting for my reward now

If you contact the support team, they simply state that you have “violated their rules,” but they refuse to specify what rule was broken. What’s more frustrating is that you’ll notice the exact same generic reply under many 1-star reviews on trust pilot. When you message support directly, you receive the same copy-and-paste response every time.

It honestly makes you question whether you’re speaking to a real support representative or just receiving automated responses.

Worst platform. I earn so much points by giving my time and completing surveys but they suspended my account saying I have violated their terms but i haven't done anything wrong at all.

This was something I didn't expect. You can sit at home, fill up surveys and earn.

ZoombBucks is a great and genuine platform to work with and I have already been rewarded by them for answering surveys. The only issue I have is many times we do not qualify for the surveys and wish there were more surveys to answer. That being said, it is still a very good platform for an extra income.

the survey is good for me this time no hang up no broke and it continues until the end of the survey and the reward is appropriate for the survey.

Great little website for earning a small amount of cash before bed. While it can be tough to earn at first once you get the hang of it you can actually earn around $1-5 bucks an hour on this site, the rewards come in REALLY fast and there's no silly stuff like address or ID verification

The worst site of this kind in my experience. I made the mistake of not cashing out for a while, and had maybe around $50 worth of points on there. Then one day, i try to log in - my account is blocked. Reached out to support only to find out that it's because soem of my points were revoked apparently, no idea why and when, and that's why my account was permanently banned. No further explanation or discussion. Basically just stole my money. Loss of time and for $50 it was a lot of time.

Their response is complete BS tbh, I was not cheating or providing untrue information, what's the point of that, you don't even know what each survey needs, how would you lie. I am sure they didn't even check anything.

Anyways, don't waste your time, people, just find one of many others who provide the same kind of cash with no issues.

The listed payments for the survey's seems to be intentionally posted as wrong I have done 5 surveys 2 for 7 plus dollars and both only paid me little over a dollar this is ongoing and unacceptable.....how do I find evidence? And now my account is frozen for no reason

Hello, when I redeemed my reward thinking it would take longer, this wasn't the case. My reward was processed fast and unbelievable. I would highly recommend Zoombucks to everyone for a trial. Sincerely it's guinune, I got my reward. Love It. Thanks

The company fulfilled my first couple of payment requests last year. In the last 5-6 months, however, they haven't paid me. I don't understand the reason, anyway I give the company a "2" considering they paid me a few times one-two years ago. Now, it seems to be a scam site.
