Amazing shop!
The lamp I purchased was beautiful quality and is exactly how it was represented in the pictures. The shipping was reasonably priced compared to other shops and arrived in good time. All of their pieces are vintage or antique which means all of their stock is unique and it is an incredible way to reduce your impact on the planet whilst purchasing beautiful pieces for your home. I will definitely be buying from Zoo Lane again.

Second hand and damaged
Item advertised was not listed as second hand so I thought I was buying new. Arrived with cracks and clearly second hand. Very disappointed as was for a gift. Seller offered return postage and would refund IF the item came back in once piece a bit risky given the cracks so have cut my losses. Make sure you ask questions before buying as description was not clear at all in this instance

Just brilliant service
Just brilliant service. Prices on line are very reasonable. The item was super fragile but was so well packaged that there was hardly any chance of it getting damaged. Hand written note was a lovely touch too. Will use again.
