I rang the company and enquired about renting a vehicle, you would not believe the response I got.
"It's f**** Sunday. We are not open, have a day off."
Going by other reviews on here, it's clearly normal for them to speak to customers this way. I have never experienced anything like it. Mind-blowing! I certainly wouldn't trust a company like this with my money and deposits.
Disgusting treatment of me as a customer. Staff member threatened and swore at me. Also tried to take an unauthorised payment from my debit card details they have on file

Overall good but website is ambiguous on timings for bringing the vehicle back I think. It said select 8am as the default on the day returning (a Sunday) but you can bring it back any time. Naively perhaps I didn't expect to be charged a second day when I brought it back after 8am.
These guys are brilliant. The fleet is new, always fuelled and clean inside and out. LWB and high top options and the team are super to deal with. I use them periodically and they’re very well priced for the quality of the van they provide. Recommend
Horrific company. Booked van for two day hire at a cost of £202. Lads van up at 9.30 on Saturday and were told it needed to be back by 12pm on the Sunday!!!!! I tried to call them at 10.40am to query this and nobody answered, could not contact anybody at all! As they had my bank details and I didn’t want to get charged for an ‘extra’ day we had no choice but to cut short our job and get the van back! On returning it we were told that we actually had until 8am Monday morning! Have complained but it’s futile because no-one calls back and no offer of recompense for the money they wrongly took! Should have stuck with Enterprise. Steer clear ...... rude unhelpful staff
