I saw an ad for Zonpa Solar on social media, and asked them to come and give me a quote. From the very first conversation the service was professional and friendly. The process of installing my veranda was quick, and teh workers were very polite, professional and clean. I am very happy with the end product, and will definitely use their services in future.
Beware of Zonpa!
My experience with Zonpa heat pump installation has been nothing short of frustrating. The company is plagued by incompetence and dishonesty. Even if they manage to complete the work, you might end up with a subpar installation that hides serious flaws unless you investigate thoroughly. The system they install will likely be inefficient, and the long-term consequences could be even worse.
I was able to identify the issues early on, and despite a dedicated(manufacturer -Vaillant) engineer pointing out the poor design, Zonpa chose to argue with the manufacturer instead of addressing the problem. This resulted in wasted money and time.
To avoid such headaches, steer clear of Zonpa for any services. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable company.
