Out of stock product affecting my class work
I ordered a book for class in August, and it was promised to arrive within 2-8 business days. When I reached out, they said the book was out of stock and would not arrive on time. Now, I'm stuck without the book I need for class. When I requested them to cancel the order that hasn't yet shipped, they replied that they weren't able to do that. They said I would have to pay return shipping after it finally arrived.
