They kept me updated to where my order was, when it would be delivered. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my order. The boots were great, they got nicely and the quality seems good. I would order again for sure!

Zolora customer service really cares…
Zolora customer service really cares and helps find solutions to problems. My address didn't show correctly on Google maps, so they couldn't ship my shoes. I explained the issue with the maps and expected that no one would career, but zolora cared and communicated with me several times to solve the shipping problem. Zolora customer service went above and beyond what most companies would do. I highly recommend them. If you have a problem, explain it to them. They listen and they care. Thank you!

i ordered these because i wanted something stylish but still practical for everyday use. they didn’t disappoint at all. the fit is spot on and they feel supportive, especially around the heel. i’ve had bad experiences before with online shoe shopping but this was smooth from start to finish. will probably order another pair soon 😂

as a woman who likes both comfort and style, it’s usually hard to find shoes that balance both. these do exactly that. they look trendy but still feel practical, which is perfect for daily life. ordering was easy and delivery came quicker than i expected. returning wasn’t needed but good to know it wouldn’t be a hassle if it was. overall a very positive experience
