I've been ordering labels from this company for many years, it is usually large orders so shipping was free and fast. Suddenly they decided to charge for shipping and I've received a big customs invoice. I was not even aware that I was importing these labels as I thought I was buying from a local website (co.uk).
Now I will look for another supplier for labels.

Sill waiting for order to arrive, was sent an email that there would be some delays which is understandable. But then had no further contact or updates, only a review email, but I still haven't received the goods.

There was a delay of dispatch because stock was low at our UK warehouse. However the goods would arrive the week after. Based on tracking, I see that delivery took place and that the goods arrived in a timely manner once stock was replenished.
We have this product well in stock now at our UK warehouse for future orders.

They took my order which I paid for…
They took my order which I paid for with my credit card. They charged me VAT is is Zero rated for goods going to Jersey. Then even worse they told me they can't deliver to Jersey and issued me a credit note. I replied that I can't use the credit note if they can't deliver and requested a refund onto my credit card. Did not receive a reply for this request. So I am not out of pocket

I believe there is a misunderstanding. It appears A credit note is not equivalent to store credit. It's a sales return document.
We've issued you a full refund within our standard 5 business day process time to same method of payment you've used. May you please double check?
Our new UK warehouse doesn't offer the option for deliveries to Jersey.
