Zoafashion.com is a dishonest site

Zoafashion.com is an Israeli site that sells dresses to young women. It looks professional and as if a big local store is behind it. My daughter ordered from it 5 dresses and was expecting to get them in the same delivery. After a month, we received 2 packages at the same time with 3 dresses from China. This is how we realized that we're not dealing with a local store that has already goods in it and delivers them directly to the customers but in fact this is one owner that plays as a middleman and orders from different sellers from Ebay. Nowhere the site lets you understand that this is the way it works. Then, when my daughter was not happy with the dresses she got (they were too big), we contacted the seller (the site stipulated that we can return products and get a refund once the seller gets the products back). Unfortunately, the seller got 3 dresses back and since then (before that, he was responsive) he ignores my mails asking him for the refund. If I had ordered directly from Ebay, I would be entitled to the Ebay buyer's protection, but now I have both payed 4 times more for ebay's dresses and was ripped of that protection. I turned to Paypal as I used them for the payment, and they denied my claim as the seller provided them with proof that I have received some of the items, it did not matter to them that I sent the items back and that I received only 3 out of 5 dresses. It proves that the seller is dishonest because he did not respond to me but did to Paypal although he knew I've sent him back the products and that I've received only part of them. Do not buy anything fro this site!
