What you pay is what you get?

They sell cheap printers, but after writing 30+ emails to their support and getting back 6 responses, I am very disappointed. I was telling them about a major issue, that their iOS SDK has, that prevents apps using the SDK to be submitted to the App Store, rendering their SDK almost useless.

Here is what they sent me back:

3 of the mails were links to the same broken iOS SDK, that I was just complaining about. Nobody read the emails.
1 mail was telling me, that their SDK did not have any problems - right after I sent them screenshots of the compiler logs, that prove the error in the SDK and I also send them an explanation of the problem and the solution (which is just flipping one compile flag, when building their SDK).

1 mail was, just a "no", after asking, if there was any progress on fixing the issue.

1 mail was telling me, that they did not want to send me the SDK, after I offered to fix their SDK for them.

This is like one of the worst companys. I would not bother so much, if I wouldn't have bought 11 printers from them. Also I actually need 10+ more printers, but I will not buy any more, since they don't work (except in testing environments).
