Good products and trustworthy company
I am so glad that I have found Zizzi. 😊 For a plus sized person, buying clothes online isn't that easy. It's hard to say when you order a size, if it will really fit you. Though the website offers you all the size charts etc., they don't always correspond to your size. Sometimes, the clothes don't come in the color that you ordered or in the size that you ordered. And, customer service can be a bit of a headache.
But, I have purchased from Zizzi many times, in the stores as well as online. The products have been as described, size perfect, delivery on time. It's very easy to buy from Zizzi whether online or from the stores. I haven't had any issues with my purchases so far! I have never had to go to the customer service with any complaint. Full points for that! ☑
I would gladly recommend Zizzi to any plus sized compatriots all over the world! Keep up the good work. 👍

I am always very hesitant to mail order. Many clothes are made in China and the sizes are not the same size as the European ones.
With Zizzi, once I know Zizzi's size for me, it is so easy to order worry-free.
Also, I prefer breathable fabric and I can order from Zizzi clothes made with natural fibers.

Fast and easy
Delivery was quite fast and the size of the clothes was what promised, even little bigger. Quality is OK, not the highest possible but the prices wasn't either. I'll by more at least jeggings/jeans.

Yeah, clothes for women who are on the bigger side. Ordered online, package was here in less than 3days. Clothes fit fine and are very comfortable. Just wish the quality was a bit better, nothing major wrong quality wise, but the stitching could be better and the ends of threads could be cut neater. Little things. Easy to fix on your own tho, so that’s a plus.

Fits well. Nice waterproof coat. Delivery took a while, even though I got the tracking number fast it was only sent 4 days after. Also one of the zipper's puller's fabric fell off in less than a week.
