Awful. I paid for 2 return tickets to Botswana and they never came, but they did keep sending me a flight itinerary which they were saying was the e-ticket. Airline confirmed that my booking did not exist. While trying to sort it out with Zis on the telephone they talk over me and then cut me off. Then travel day came and went. I had to buy new tickets from a trusted retailer. My bank has applied to them for refund and I am relieved that I do not have to communicate with Zis Travels again.
