A good quality product with accurate colour rendition of my pictures. Very quick delivery time from placement of order. Easy to use ordering system.
Overall very impressed.

So this is a delayed review, as in 4 years late. When the framed photo print arrived I was disappointed that it was much smaller than I expected for the price but the picture quality was ok, so I put it down as a lesson to be learned. The frame has been on a shelf all this time (I never thought to investigate the back when moving it to dust) until I moved home recently, only to find that the frame is covered in some cheap plastic that has began to come apart around the corners in the back, on its own! It looks like it’s unravelling and will be completely off as it ages. I am guessing a bad glue was used to hold the corners down and the more it dries the more it stops working, leaving nothing to hold the plastic together.
For the price Zippi charges, they could have used a better frame. DO NOT BUY.

Product arrived early and was excellent quality.

Ordered a canvas as a Xmas present for my daughter with it expected to arrive the week before Xmas.
Was then informed Xmas week when I was expecting the item that their machine that made the Canvas’s wasn’t working so they was unable to produce my order.
They would’ve known this was the case when I made my order and could have informed me then and give me time to source an alternative company but they didn’t.
I was then informed I would have to wait till the new year for them to process my refund.
Very poor customer service, won’t use again.

I ordered a canvas yesterday, paid extra for next day delivery, and it arrived before 12pm.
The canvas was exactly what I wanted and printed well. I ordered an A3 size, which came to just under £50. Some might consider this to be too expensive, but in my opinion, products like this have been priced down, so I was happy to pay for exactly what I wanted. I will use again.

Ordered a framed picture on Tuesday night and arrived Friday. Quality of picture is excellent. Pricing very reasonable. I will certainly use them again.

Fantastic service from Zippi. My Dad loved his framed print for Father’s Day. Arrived well packaged and in plenty of time.

Awful… I clearly ordered 3 black and white photos as a Xmas present (all in one frame). It looked ridiculously stupid when I opened it with 2 black and white photos next to each other and the one on the left was in colour!! I am so angry and upset as this was meant to be a special present and the company can’t even read what I ordered. The frame was so badly fitted and the frame was falling apart as I opened it! The outside of the frame is made of poor quality plastic. Purely criminal charging over £50 for this terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone. I paid £10 for special delivery and it was left outside my front door in the pouring rain!!! Can’t even get a knock on the door!

Excellent website. Really easy to use and the preview was useful to make sure I had everything correct. Arrived in plenty of time for my appointment.

The process in pinching your photo into their frame is poor. You loose much of your photo to fit into the inner frame and that’s a huge problem leaving you really dissatisfied. The inner frame is just not necessary. Will never use Zippi again.

Not normally one to have photos printed but we got some great ones on holiday which normally stay on the phone. Decided to get one done on canvas as a surprise for the wife well what can I say was more than happy with the service and the wife loved it happy wife happy life 😊 the cost I thought at first was a bit steep but when you see it I was more than happy and will definitely use them again

Dreadful service paid extra for delivery and no sign of my parcel, no updates or response from customer service. Can’t comment on quality of item as not received. Avoid.

Ordered the Largest Canvas from Zippi, they emailed to make us aware of the quality the image would have and offered two other images instead . We proceeded with original image and Zippi confirmed this immediately. Picture arrived and we are very happy with it.
Will definitely order from them again!

Very pleased with my passport prints. Came out exactly as I hoped. Delivered on time too.

Pictures are of a good quality & mine arrived in 2 days which was great service.

So bad service, I paid for a passport photo and when the photo arrived was completely offset, the literally cut prt of my hair.

I’ve ordered my passport photos that didn’t expect required expectations. They do not check any picture according to specifications; they just print out and grab your money!! Absolute waste of your time and money!!!
