Everybody was so helpful. It was definitely worth the time and money. Glad I did it.

I feel confident that I can now excel at my current role (Marketing and Communications Coordinator for a non-profit) and any future roles in marketing that I might have. This class was very engaging and I left with much more knowledge than I expected to gain!

I loved the live sessions. It was a great way to recap the content and ask questions.

The experience was great in the fact I now know that I knew very little about AI and I now know that it can be used in a plethora of aspects of my professional and everyday life. The Admin and teacher were great and made the material easy to learn and grasp.

Completing this AI Prompting Certification was an eye-opening experience. It helped me better understand how to interact with AI in a more structured and intentional way to produce higher-quality outputs.
The program does a great job balancing theory and practical application, making it immediately useful for professionals across different fields. For me, it reinforced how effective prompting can enhance research, problem solving, and communication in everyday work.
I highly recommend this certification to anyone looking to better leverage AI as a practical tool rather than just a novelty.

Ziplines training courses are challenging and rewarding as it relates to up to date training in the area of neo tech i.e. AI prompting certification program. The staff was very supportive and eager to ensure the success of all students enrolled in each of it's programs.

The class was so interesting. Kevin and Brent did a super job of explaining AI prompting. I feel like I learned so much and really got all of the information out of this class that I was hoping for.

Need to iron this out first!
There were many items that had issues such as the Playbook exercises which felt like "copy and paste" activities. The real learning, in my opinion, was in the content and quizzes at the end. Additionally, I had to request access each time to the links in the class. PLUS I had to enter my credit card information and personal email to use Zapier for an activity which was not expected and uncomfortable. Overall, I would NOT recommend this workshop to my colleagues until you get it worked out better! Kevin was great at assisting me with the various challenges to KUDOS to him.

As a novice to the subject-matter, I found the material challenging but useful. During the course, I was often hindered by the process because of limitations on certian skills needed for navigating various apps. Homework often took many hours longer than projected due to having to discover how to navigate the process. Finally, I would like to have seen on the certificate the number of Continuing Education Credit Units being awarded for the course.

The content was really good. While it may have look simple or simplistic they really helped explain the concepts.
One thing I would improve is the hodgepodge of applications used for the course: Ziplines site, Slack, Google Docs, etc. and we had to jump from one to another throughout the weeks and course. For as big a Ziplines is, the numbers or courses and people that go through them and this being the core offering I would think ZL would have created an integrated experience.
Lastly, throughout the course I only had 1 question for the Facilitator / Learning Advocate which I sent through Slack. One didn't know the answer, the other didn't answer at all.

I felt the course focused too heavily on AI. While I understand AI is becoming an important tool and appreciate learning about it, the class was advertised as a way to develop marketing skills, not primarily how to use AI for marketing. If AI is going to be a major focus in every session, it would be helpful to market the course more clearly as one centered on using AI in marketing.

The instructors and the support was great and essential to successfully navigating the course and the assignments.
I didn't give five stars because the method of completing the assignments was really terrible. Most of the work does not fit onto slides and requires a ton of manipulation to fit into a presentation.

The online content was solid with good instructors. Also, live sessions were insightful and entertaining.

Great course. Thorough, delivered in bite size videos so easy to stop and start if needed. Definitely designed for working folks which I appreciate! I learned so much and am already implementing!

VALUABLE LEARNING: The content was intensive but well-structured, and I gained significantly more hands‑on experience during the five‑week course than I typically get from the one‑hour sessions offered at work. I also learned prompting techniques that I can apply even in my non‑technical, non‑marketing role, which helped me think beyond my usual contracts/procurement focus. Our Learning Coordinator, Brent, was consistently responsive and helpful in resolving any technical issues that arose. REGROUP OPPORTUNITIES: I struggled with resubmitting assignments due to the graders’ lack of access to the completed playbook assignments. I had to resubmit Lessons 3 and 4 at least twice due to access problems. Although the “how to submit assignment” video was helpful, a quick reference guide for re‑submissions would have been extremely valuable. I also found it challenging that the hands‑on, lesson‑focused portion of the Wednesday sessions was held at the END of the 7:00–9:00 pm class. If it had been reviewed at the beginning, I would have been more alert—especially since my days start at 4:00 am—and my retention would likely have been higher. Finally, the class placed a heavy emphasis on current tools and technologies in the marketplace, as the instructor was very knowledgeable. As a new user of AI tools, that portion felt a bit overwhelming and somewhat irrelevant for me.

The online training was very clear and well paced. It showed the right examples and it was not repetitive. I did not attend any of the online classes as I had a conflict that the settle time, however I did attend a Q&A session and my questions were kindly clear with a great explantion.
