Most of the modules were good
Most of the modules were good. I liked the format and consistent format used overall in the modules so it was easy to know what to expect. I wish we had the opportunity to work ahead though if we were done early. Some weeks I had more time than others and getting a jump start on the next lesson would have been nice. I was disappointed in the Jira module though. Not much to go off of and the lesson was outdated. I do not feel it will be helpful in taking the exam. One additional thing I wish would have been explained better was the use of the study guide and that it was for my own use and not necessary to complete.

I did not enjoy the class. I'm sure others provide positive feedback. I felt the entire course from the start was cumbersome and did not meet what I expected. I may not have read the course explanation closely.

AI Prompting Course
I just wrapped up an AI Prompting class, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure what to expect in the beginning, but it turned out to be incredibly practical and eye-opening.
The course broke down how to actually communicate effectively with AI—how small changes in wording can completely transform the results. I especially appreciated the hands-on exercises and real-world examples, which made it easy to apply what we were learning right away.
The instructor, Zachary Smith did a great job of keeping things engaging and accessible, whether you’re brand new to AI or already using it regularly. I walked away feeling much more confident in my ability to write clear, effective prompts and get meaningful outputs. Our Learner Success Advocate, Robert Short was extremely helpful in navigating the course and other questions. The graders also shared additional ideas and suggestions that helped expand my thinking and improve my work. That extra layer of input made a big difference in getting more value out of each assignment.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this class to anyone interested in using AI more efficiently, whether for school, work, or personal projects.

Excellent Course
The combination of training modules with a weekly live facilitator/trainer was unique and provided multiple levels of instruction. The course material was easy to follow and digest. The live training facilitator provided real world knowledge and interaction with fellow students provided diverse use cases.

AI Prompting Course
I enrolled in the AI Prompting Course offered through Ziplines Education. To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first began. I initially felt hesitant because of the negative perceptions surrounding generative AI, but I am truly grateful that I chose to take this course.
The experience pushed me outside of my comfort zone in ways that strengthened my learning. One of my earliest challenges was the marketing terminology, which was unfamiliar to me. As my learning progressed, I discovered that assigning roles to AI can be incredibly helpful.
Throughout the course, I used AI as a tutor, which made it easier to learn the terminology and apply it effectively throughout the learning process. I’ve gained valuable knowledge and confidence from this course, and I sincerely appreciate the growth it has provided.
The course is an excellent value for the price, and the instructors provide clear, supportive materials that genuinely assist with both learning and practical skill development.
