Lost clothes
Made an order once, they lost my clothes, delivered them with 3 days delay and only gave a small discount as a compensation.
Thank you ZipJet for your reply, but for complete transparency I received an email saying the driver could not reach me on delivery day while I was patiently waiting at home and did not receive any call. I contacted ZipJet and another delivery slot was booked where the driver did not show up again. Then I contacted ZipJet again who told me the clothes were lost for the moment « we are still trying to track the items », they would tell me more when they would have find them. Finally I received the clothes 3 days later.
I received a discount of 20£ on an order of 46£ + VAT, not 29£...

The driver couldn't find my house
The driver couldn't find my house so nobody came to pick up my laudry.
Also the customer service said they were going to reschedule the pick up but I haven't heard back from them.
I was highly disappointed.

Was not picked up and instead…
Was not picked up and instead rescheduled at least twice. Was then delivered late and it all delivered at once. We also received the wrong persons laundry. Just about everything that could go wrong did. The laundry was however, clean and folded nicely when it was returned

Logistics wise just great BUT...
Logistics wise just Great, ‘ all noted with thanks’. customer service lady was really helpful. the note has taken into account, the driver arrived earlier as we asked.
however, the quality itself....poor;(
as a result:
2 shirts burnt!!! extremely overironed. burnished collars and some other bits.
2 shirt lost the authentic colour. not as intense and vibrant colour as it used to be, this is literally 2nd laundry, the shirts are brand new. used to have a black stripes shirt which now turned it to dark grey stripes shirt.
as well as, might be usefull to add some starch otherwise, it does not look like something that just came out from the laundry

Super quick and easy
Super quick and easy. only issue I had was that i couldn't fill in the full address so both at collection and delivery I had a few phone calls to direct driver. That said they were super punctual, the service was great- and the price was a lot cheaper than I expected!

Unknown pricing/amount until too late
We were unhappy with this service as we filled up a bag when they picked up the laundry. However they charged us for 2 bags as our laundry was 2kg over the limit of one bag. This was only 1/4 a load and we had to pay for another full load. I would have given more or less clothes if I knew upon pick up what the weight was. They should charge per bag only or weigh your items on site. This service is also very pricey.

After receiving damaged and dirty…
After receiving damaged and dirty clothes back, the customer service representative admitted that they do not read the care labels on the clothes and simply chuck everything in a washing machine. Thank you I can do it free of charge at home and actually don't damage my clothes. They also are not willing to cover the damages nor return you the cost of the laundry!
