Not sure what has changed but two of my last three orders have not been delivered at the agreed.
Very disappointing as these are items need for the office, meeting etc.
I will give it one more and if things don't improve I will revert back to using a local laundry on the high street.

Received someone else's
Have previously had many satisfactory washes - but this week washing came back mixed up with someone else's - two unknown bras. Not happy, this means some other customer has lost her things and maybe we have lost things too
Lost over 1,000 pounds of clothing
Lost over 1,000 pounds of clothing, support giving us the run-around for two weeks before closing the support ticket. Called about 12 times and only spoke to a human being once. Avoid and use your local dry cleaner.

Poor service
Was good until merger with laundrap and now awful, cancelled deliveries, lost clothing for 2 orders including shirts/suits/blouses, 2.5 weeks later they find it and still fail to deliver as promised, little to no reply via email, most ignored and don't answer the phone, I couldn't be more annoyed off with this company

Loved Zip Jet it was a brilliant service! Now they have been bought out I can't access my account.. Called them to be told it's now part of Laundry app so account can't be retrieved. That's ridiculous surely they'll be losing all zip jet customer accounts makes no sense! I've looked at Laundry app don't like the look of it and have now read shocking reviews! So sad to longer be a zip jet customer and trying to find an alternative what a great shame!! Missing you Zip Jet!

Zipjet was a 5-star service then...
Zipjet was a 5-star service, then they were bought by a different company and the service became terrible. The only reason it’s not 1-star is at least the clothes are clean.

No idea where my clothes are
Hi this has to be the limit of poor customer service, since I have placed my order the following has happened
1. The pickup time for collection was rescheduled.
2. The second driver kept callling me to say he can’t find the address, then told me he has collected the laundry but the app said order cancelled. I had to call in 3 times to get this corrected.
3. I wanted a laundry service which was advertised at £20/bad instead I have new charged £126
4. Now the driver has forgot it I am worried lost some of my items and I can’t reach customer service as no one is answering.
5. I have called multiple times since yesterday and no one answers m, I am getting no response to my email either
Pls tell me what you would like me to do.

My laundry is gone - Zipjet has gone downhill
My laundry is gone, and no one will tell me where it is or bring it back! I had laundry collected on Sun, 22 Sep with a delivery date of 24 Sep. It still hasn't been delivered! No one notified me -- I called last week and they said they'd deliver it Saturday morning, and showed up instead Friday night empty-handed thinking they were there for a collection, not a delivery.
They at least promised me a full refund, but I didn't think that would mean they got to keep the clothes.
I reached out again this morning to find out when they were planning on delivering, but was told I'd get a call back and haven't yet.

I wish they hadn’t sold out to Laudrapp. The prices have got more expensive. You have to separate loads from bedding and clothing and they deliver your bags back in single use plastic what a shame. They took a great idea, service and value for money and ruined it. Will move on to another option first chance I get

Great delivery driver
Zul, my delivery driver is great and gives excellent service.
Occasionally a shirt has a button ripped off my careless ironing, but Zipjet always repair promptly and offer a discount code on next order.
The website still needs to be fixed so the password can be changed - I need to reset my password link via email every time I log in, and have been asking them to fix this for several years now.

Great customer services
Great idea, convenient, flexible and superb service at reasonable prices. Personnel seems well chosen and trained. Mukhtar who usually picks up my laundry is always on time, very polite and has such a positive attitude! It goes to show how good people can represent a company well and ensure that the brand and the whole value proposition is supported by excellent customer service.

I love Zipjet
I went to office the first time with my laundry and dropped off. I had to get my clothes early, and Kate and Mehi arranged it for me so I could pick them up. I was very grateful for that gesture.
A week later I arranged to have all my sheets, towels, laundry and dry cleaning picked up and delivered next day. Mukhtar was there on time, waited at gate and same friendly efficient service on return. I researched laundry and cleaning service and I am so pleased with my choice!

Best customer service
Great customer service from zipjet. Any issues I’ve had have been sorted quickly. The drivers are always friendly and professional. Mukhtar has been delivering and collecting my laundry for a few years and is always smiling and helpful.
