First time hearing aid user here. I was of course shocked at the prices being quoted by my local Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist. ZipHearing was 25% less, faster shipping, and connected me with a local audiologist for proper fitment.

I’ve needed hearing aids for several years and just recently decided to do something about it. So I started doing internet research on the best way to buy hearing aids and came across Zip Hearing, I read about how it works and watched several video reviews and decided I’d give them a try.
They provided excellent service as well as setting me up with an excellent local audiologist to fit and adjust my new hearing aids, plus they saved me about 40%!

They responded to all my queries, answering all my questions, quickly and followed up with me multiply times even after the hearing aids were delivered and paid for. The recommended provider given to me gave helpful, excellent support. I highly recommend Zip Hearing and the Starkey Hearing aids they provided.

After searching the internet for less expensive ways to purchase my Phonak Audeo hearing aids,
I finally found ZIPHearing and what an revelation. ZIPHearing quickly returned my phone call, verified the availability of my preferred hearing aid model and found a local audiologist to accept delivery and schedule a fitting. I saved $2000 compared to the price I was quoted outside the ZIPHearing network. Great customer service as well. Thank you ZIPHearing for a job well done.

I'm a first time buyer of Hearing Aids. I have tinnitus and tested with mild to medium hearing loss. I discovered ZipHearing as I was researching the various types and manufacturers of Hearing Aids. After 6 years, it was time for me to select new hearing aids. I preferred to stick with the same brand and general type. I chose to try an online vendor instead of my previous brick and mortar dispensary.

I chose to deal with ZipHearing. It has been a good experience. Jeff was prompt in all his actions and provided a cost effective solution to my needs. It helped that I already knew which replacement hearing aid I wanted and was tech savvy about them and able to do my own maintenance. He recommended I use a certain audiologist in my area. That was a superior experience to my previous one. The audiologist even waived my fee hearing test and fitment fee because Jeff indicated to him that I would be a good "low to no hassle" customer. All round, I am quite satisfied and am looking forward to a continued relationship with Ziphearing, Jeff and my new audiologist / dispensary.

After some hesitancy about using an online supplier, I have used zip hearing twice now--that itself is a testament to my satisfaction with zip hearing! Both times have been smooth, easy, efficient transactions. The savings have been significant! The service has been superlative. Both zip hearing and the audiologist followed up to check on my satisfaction. I am telling all my friends that I highly recommend zip hearing and suggest that they use them too. This was my first experience with hearing aids, and Grant at ZipHearing could not have been more helpful. He was able to answer all of my initial questions, connect me with a local audiologist, and the whole process was easy and transparent. I appreciated the follow-up to make sure my initial visit went as expected, and again after I had been wearing my new hearing aids for a week or so. I was with a local hearing company in our area and their price for Phonak 90 were considerably higher. So I got on the internet and found ZipHearing. I called and they were wonderful. They explained everything to me and said they would overnight them which they did. I highly recommend Zip Hearing for any hearing aids one would like. They do have your needs and take very good care to you.
