This is a scam company claiming 5* Trust Pilot reviews. I bought 2 Ralph Lauren Polo shirts. When they arrived they were extremely poor quality so I emailed to return - but never got a reply. I emailed on 3 more occasions but never got a reply. This is a scam.

My partner purchased two R&L Premium Tailored fit shirts Limited Edition, from this company. When they arrived they were the worst quality, you could expect, not particularly cheap either. With a stick on logo, just imagine the pickle you would get in ironing them. So hence we wanted to return these very poor quality shirts. We emailed them, as you can guess no reply, so after numerous emails we did get a reply with three options, we return them at our cost, but know address was given, option two was they would give us 55% of total back, and thirdly order something else to the same amount. But to add to it for them to repay the 55% amount, they wanted 11 questions answered, product code, tracking code, video of product, order date etc, a joke do not use this company ever.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Purchased something from them right before Christmas, paid extra for their “24 hour delivery” which isn’t even 25 hours delivery but apparently - according to them - means that they will prepare the order in 24 hours however can take much longer to arrive. It’s the 6th of February now and not only I have not yet received my parcel - which was a Christmas present- but they claim to have delivered it. When I ask for proof of delivery, for an address of where it’s theoretically been delivered or anything of the sorts they don’t. When I ask for a refund they claim they cannot give me one as they have delivered the item (which they haven’t) meanwhile in the shop app it still shows that it’s on the way… absolute rubbish place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you don’t want to be scammed nor screwed

They advertised R&L™ Essential Full-Zip Jacket as original but it is copy/fake. It took over 2 weeks to arrive and thank god it missed the reason for purchase as I was disappointed with the quality of the Item. I complained but no response from them. Avoid like a plague!

These companies all have the same layout. Claim to be USA based.

Then again,if you think you can buy legit Ralph Lauren tops for £40 maybe you don't care.

Fake goods. Not as advertised. Retail prices for temu goods

AVOID! - Ordered an alledged Ralph Lauren t jumper after an advert popped up in my Google Stream. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, from China. Once I got the top, it was terrible quality, with no labels or packaging from Ralph Laurent. The colour was different shade to the pictures and the finish of the item was terrible, with loose threads everywhere. AVOID!!!!

I received sweaters that I wanted to return, because one of them had a little hole, and the fit was terrible. I have asked 4 times for return instructions, but never got an answer. So the stole my money.

Scam!! They rob you! The Pictures promise original Ralph Lauren product, but you receive Fake products. thin fabric Chinese rubbish! look out for this company.

They claim on their website to be based in Amsterdam, but the address they list actually belongs to a completely different company — I know this because I work for that company. The whole website appears to be misleading, so I would strongly advise against placing any orders with them.
