Easy to setup, used for several months around Europe and beyond no issues top up using quick transfer option from first direct, today the topup option does not function and they tell me this function is not available but is under development, WHAT have I been using for several months. I know it's money but be very careful, I advice find an alternative. Do not trust this application. I read your reply, but the quick transfer from First Direct is NOT working!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As of 2 Jan 2025 quick transfer with First Direct is Not Working. Your reply informs me it should work. Very disappointed you withdraw a facility no notice

Never have I been so frustrated since opening account with Zing! I have repeatedly requested my pin and cvv numbers and they for some reason have not cooperated. I went into an HSBC bank and showed them my Zing card asking them what they knew about Zing, to which they just looked blank and said they knew nothing? When I pointed out that it was under the HSBC umbrella they started to become intrigued. I think this tells you all you need to know about Zing. Just don’t go near it is my advice.

I applied for an account on 22 October and received an e-mail on 1 November saying "I can confirm that the relevant department is now reviewing your application and they will get back in touch with you once this review is complete." More than 6 weeks later, I've heard nothing more from them and I'm still waiting for them to complete the review.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
For a new bank, one would have thought that they would do all they can to attract and keep new customers.
But not this bank, they couldnt care less about it’s customers. It took them 10 days to confirm my identity
Rather conveniently by the time that the bank got it’s act together and confirmed this their £25 offered had ended. Despite sending multiple emails. The bank ignored all emails

Zing is a great fintech app, but I’d love to see support for Fitbit GPay added. While the app already supports Google Wallet, expanding to Fitbit GPay would make it even more versatile and convenient for wearable users. I’ve shared this suggestion with their support team and hope to see it implemented soon!

Zing is a new fave. It is so convenient especially abroad. I've been getting all my friends and family to sign up. It is so easy to use, I use to be on Revolut, but they got dumped and I upgraded to Zing, it's accessibility and its conversion features are what make this so different, and new. Everything is just easier especially for when you go abroad.

Not had my account long but so far seems very efficient. Just received my Debit card in a really clever holder. Shame I can't think of a way to reuse the holder and it will be a shame to throw it away.
