I got some issue in couple of initial payout but now getting payout on time. I would like to thank specialy Tony for their all help and support.

Simple and Easy to use, It been around 7-8 Months, Several Invoices and payments. I never faced any issue, unlike all other payment platforms where you have to call for support, Zilra’s Support team is so active that after your ticket you can get a call in 5 mins explaining the problem and solving issue.

Zilra provides payment services at very affordable costs as compared to PayPal and other credit card processing companies like PayU. I have experienced this first hand involving a payment from my foreign client. Not only affordability, but Zilra provides very reliable services and does not hold onto your money unlike many others in the same business like Instamojo.

Amazing, Trustworthy, Awesome customer service, smooth platform, easy invoicing and payment experience, happy customers... These are some of the experiences we've had in the past few months working with Zilra. Would recommend to go ahead with them with your eyes closed. They have eliminated lot of our stress. Zilra is a great service if you're a freelancer and you have clients in the United States or if your payments are in USD. It's as easy as it can get. I've used multiple services and since I came across Zilra, I never changed platforms, because of the simplicity and low rates. It's so much cheaper than PayPal and other alternatives. Their customer service is also one of the best I've come across so far. It's so prompt that in the last 6 months of my experience with them, there hasn't been an instance where I had to wait for more than an hour to get a call back from them and get my issue addressed.
The only drawback I found is that payments take time to reach your bank account. Even if it's a regular client whom you've sent Zilra invoices in the past, it takes 48-72 hours for the money to finally reach your bank account. But I guess that's a tradeoff I'm willing to make for the cheap price they offer.

I am using Zilra for my freelancing work since last 8 months.. The experience is awesome from clients as well as my side. Clients do not need to signup and they can just make the payment in less than 20 second. Also, the platform gives you the features to raise invoices to client. Compared to other channels like paypal, which charge you higher txn fess and give you less conversion rates compared to market, Zilra has been very transparent in everything. The payouts and query resolution by team is great, as we usually get the tickets resolved in 6-7 hours max, if there are any.

Great company and solution to accept payments around the world.
And they are actually cheaper than most platform available like paypal, etc just as they claim.
Also, very fast and efficient resolution of all queries.
Transactions are also processed in given timelines always.
Highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to accept payments in foreign currencies specifically in INDIA.
