Withdrawal

This is my third attempt at trying to make a withdrawal. I have sent several messages to the email provided and no response. My first email was on 11/30/2023, I waited 15 days and nothing. My second email was sent on 12/15/2023, and still nothing. I have gotten an email that states my withdrawal request was successfully submitted. The third email was on 01/09/2024. I am still waiting on a reply.
Bitcoin withdrawal made on 12/16/2023 was cancel a reinvested to the account. Just made another request for 01/09/2024. I will see how long this take.

Missing Deposit Resolved

I initially complained about my missing deposit I made. on 7/3rd/2003. Sending email to support and contacting live chat did not help my situation. Live chat responded twice. The first time, prompt. The second time very slow but responded after messaging a few times back to back. The response was not helpful at all to solve my problem. On 7/7th/2023, i contacted live support again and received a response after a few times sending messages. My problem was solved but not without a hassle due to confusion in communication on behalf of the agent who assisted me. I was asked to provide a screen shot of my deposit, after which my deposit would be approved. I did that and was then asked to "Kindly save deposit with your transaction hash so your deposit can be approved". This was where the confusion started. I was wondering how would I be able save the deposit's transaction hash if the deposit was done days ago. There was a back and forth for clarification as to what exactly that meant. I asked how would I save the deposit's transaction hash? I was then told to "Login to your account and click deposit then follow the process and make a deposit". At this point I was really crushed, thinking they wanted me to send more money on top of the one that was never credited. To make a long story short, the person said they were not telling me to deposit more money but to go through the process of making a fresh deposit but use the Txid for the first deposit in the field that required the transaction's id. I did that and received a message saying the deposit has been saved and will become active after confirmation. A few hours later I received an email from admin notifying me that my deposit was approved. I checked my Zillact account and the amount that was deposited is active on my account. I thank the agent for being patient with me to help me understand what was to be done. Zillact needs to improve on the idle time the site allow users to remain logged in. My problem started because i was logged out of the site while waiting for the funds to be sent from my Kraken to Zillact. Although the deposit page on Zillact was still opened, I was already logged out and didn't know it. I only became aware of this after I pasted the Txid in the field on the deposit page that required the Txid. After clicking confirm, I was redirected to Zillact's main landing page and then noticed I was logged out. This is a big problem. Huge problem. If I was not consistent in trying to reach support I would have lost my money because I had no idea I could have started a fresh deposit and use the first deposit's Txid to have the deposit approved. I want to invest more money in Zillact but feel very afraid of going through that process again. Zillact need to correct this error on the site. Another issue with Zillact after joining, one cannot add their coin address if they had already setup 2FA. If 2FA is first setup, one will experience an error of "invalid 2FA" after adding coin address and clicking update. To get past this error, i had to delete 2FA, add the coin address adn then setup 2FA afterwards. Support did not this because they didn't tell me to do it like while making my complaint about this error.
