Opening an account is fine and you will receive your cards.
However it feels very amateur all the way.
They don’t know if there’s any fee for currency exchange, they send you info with your plastic card (“get a 1.5% on every dollar you spend”) you verify with them the same day they say the offer had expired, the app hardly logs you in, the FAQ is empty (however the customer service replies)…

I use 2 other banks for business which offer the same services.
These 2 others are more famous, robust with a more reliable app and a customer service that is very neat.
I sent no money to Zil and not planning to use it.

I have visited so many sites and I confidently say that this is the best site I looked for. Zilbank is actually fabulous and fantastic. Nothing is more useful than it is now a days.

It's good platform where we can do online transactions. It is very safe from other online banking services. I am using this from last 2 years but I didn't face any issues with it. Go for it.
