Zignaly are liars. They are saying it’s only my fault that I’ve lost money with Zignaly services. Ok let’s consider this statement step by step.
1. I’ve chose Zignaly to trade crypts for me. Yes, my mistake
2. I’ve chose Zignaly trader to trade for me and he made loss. Yes, my mistake
3. Zignaly manually closed my assets and disconnected me from the service.
What? You’re saying you’re “just mediating between me and the trader”, why did you closed my deals? I was ready to wait for a long time for the right price and you’ve just sold my assets and made the lost. I didn’t give you any right to do this. You’ve lost almost 700$ out of mine $1000. Without any my permission. And now you’re lying you are just mediating?
Worst investing experience in my life. I would never recommend anybody to use this lying service.

This is the third 1 star review you have given us in 2 months. You continue complaining about the case of "Kiwicrypto Profit Sharing Pro", the service that was breaking the rules of the marketplace, with whom we contacted to regularize the situation and due to his lack of cooperation we closed the open positions and banned the trader from the platform.

Every trader must agree with them to keep his service listed publicly in the Marketplace. This service was in violation of rule #13 of this list.
All this has already been explained to you in the multiple tickets you have sent us, to which you have responded with threats, trying to extort the platform to return the funds or else you would give us bad publicity.
As indicated to you, Zignaly does not own any of the strategies, we are only the platform that allows traders to connect with users. Therefore, it is not possible to do what you are asking for, no matter how many times you try to defame the platform.
I would also like to inform you that every time you do it, we will give you the full explanation again.
Again Alexey, I am very sorry that you had a bad experience, maybe next time you could replicate the strategy of many of our users and diversify the capital between multiple services to not be overexposed to a trader making a mistake with his strategy.

I'm sorry you feel that way, but I don't understand why you say that. I've verified the account linked to this email, and it has never opened any support ticket, nor has it deposited funds, nor has it had any activity on our platform.
Whatever the case may be, we are not a scam, far from it. We are a Marketplace that connects Traders with users who are interested in replicating their strategies in a simple way.

Extremely risky platform, invest what you can really really afford to loose
It's based on my experience. I thought
"invest only that you could afford to lose" was a caution but I have realized that it's actually 100% reality.
I would not recommend anyone to invest if and only if they are ready to lose all of it.
Zignaly has been a headache, it's a buggy platform. They have bugs and errors that could cost us all our investments so be extremely cautious.

I am sorry to hear that you have suffered a liquidation, but Zignaly has not experienced any bugs or errors that have caused you to lose your funds. The only service that has been liquidated with the BTC dropping below 35k was ExlBot.
We definitely agree with you, no one should invest money they can't afford to lose, it's the number 1 rule of investing. And especially if we are talking about trading.
Precisely understanding this, our platform allows you to follow a trader with investments as low as 1 USDT per trader, so it allows you to have a huge possibility of diversification among multiple traders with different strategies that suit your profile as an investor.
As I mentioned before, only 1 trader has liquidated with this market movement, and we have some others that have made profits or have decided not to trade due to this volatility that has existed in the last weeks.
Statistically the users that obtain the best performance within our platform, are those who select more than 5 traders in which split their funds. Additionally remember that there are also Spot services, where there is no risk of liquidation.
Again, I am very sorry for what has happened to you, and we agree that we have a delay with the launch of Hard Disconnection, but we are working on it along with the launch of Profit Sharing 2.0 which will considerably improve the experience of both users and traders.
Remember that the Hard Disconnection is really difficult to apply at a technical level, since there is only one position, where all users participate, we must take many things into account in order not to affect the rest of the users, for example:
-Binance trading rules, minimum order sizes, since the participation of users in the position is often less than what Binance allows to create an order.
-Margin levels, if users suddenly disconnect, this could affect the margin of the service and in addition to other users who were not interested in disconnecting.
-Service stats
These are some of the things we have to take into account, and it is technically very complex. The positive thing is that we have already found a way and this feature is being developed a few months ago. We hope to have it ready very soon.
Zignaly does not benefit at all from situations like this, and our top priority is to be able to provide all our users with a healthy Marketplace, with good strategies, where users can have the freedom to follow the traders that best suit their profiles as investors.
I hope that if you decide to give us another opportunity to diversify in multiple traders with different strategies, I am sure you will have a better experience and in the long run you will get better results.

Too slow and with just a few active traders
Page painfully, excruciatingly slow. Sometimes I kept waiting, and waiting... just that. Most of the traders you can copy are not trading anymore. I choose an active one, but didn't trade in more than 20 days (not Zignaly fault, I know). I will try again in the future, it's a great idea and a nice page (visually)... but half cooked by now.

Regarding what you mentioned about traders, the Copytraders Marketplace has decreased a lot since the launch of our Profit Sharing service, as it is much more convenient for both users and traders. Many providers migrated their services to Profit Sharing and the vast majority of new services are listed for Profit Sharing only.
If you haven't tried it yet, give it a try, I'm sure you will find it very interesting. The positive thing is that you can copy traders from as little as 1 USDT, and you have more than 100 active traders to find the service or services that have the strategy that best suits you, or even diversify among several.
