Scamming people. i have giving them 100 euro for an item i need. Never got any mail, or no answer on the 4 times i tried to write to them... NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Professionalism, seriousness and promptness. An excellent experience with them. The delivery was fast abroad.

Ordered parts with 2-3 days delivery time. It have now went 1 month and they do not reply on what's happening. I tried several times both with mail and their chat without any success.
I paid €95 in advance and have now been in contact with Mastercard and raised a claim in hope to get My money back .

Ordered an item the website.Didnt arrive after 2 weeks. They refused to reply to emails and whatsapp messages about the order.Had to get a refund through Paypal. Stay away from this company

Where is the English version of this program? Poor company to deal with. They do not reply to email messages.

Everything on their website is in German! Good luck buying from them. Save your time and money.

I wanted to return an item that did not fit the dimensions in the description. Despite two emails, no one answered me.

I bought article from this company, but the product was not sent. There was poor comunication.
I have extremely bad experience for buying expensive article from this seller.

The item was a month late, and communication was poor as to why.

Item was shipped same day it was ordered which was kind of impressing. Item was supposedly sent to Austria but 17 days later nothing arrived. I wrote them first time after two weeks asking where my shipment is, they said they'd check. Nothing. I write them again and they just reply with a sorry and refunded me the money.
Basically they lied about dispatching the item.

i did buy ITEM ON EBAY "250211 KOSO Aurora LED",thinking of the complete set , but soon i realized that was only one piece. Unfortunately paypal express was activated so money where sent directly.
i cancelled the order straight away, but i didn't receive any answer from the seller ,until item was shipped.just today i have an answer from ebay saying that was not possible to cancel the order and the item is shipped already.

i actually wanted to buy then more items to complete the set ,mediating the shipping costs.

Warning! Do not buy from them. Delivery took ages and they shipped wrong mirrors. I wanted to help them and sold mirrors to my friend. I ordered another pair but to avoid paying for delivery I selected their address. Imagine they shipped to themselves and they provided POD to ebay..... no response to emails. I can't get refund as ebay has POD (of course not signed by me) I emailed them about shipping address before and right ordering second pair. So annoyed and lost money....

Paid for an Exhaust, it was never sent, ignored numerous e mails and messages on ebay, phoned them twice and was told obvious lies, had to take them through the ebay complaints procedure to get my money back.

Got 2 damaged parts out of 3, sent 8 emails and no response whatsoever, even after letting them know I was convinced that they sent intentionally the damaged items.
