The best support I've ever had with any hosting company, I did a review a while ago and I still have the same opinion, great and understanding support team.

Really unhappy - have had recurring issues since January, very slow to update tickets, at times my site addresses would point to an accountancy site which was nothing to do with me or my clients, nobody even apologised for this or saw anything wrong with it, was just one long nightmare after another and despite the hassle and giving them chance after chance I've had to move elsewhere. I'd give them a minus one if I could.

zFast always provide fast and efficient support and excellent customer service. I have dealt with other hosting companies in the past as these are by far the best that I have used. I highly recommend them.

The support team does a great job. They respond in very short time and they've always provided a solution to every issue I've had (most of them caused by myself) in a matter of minutes.

Once again James resolved my issue within minutes of opening the ticket. This is what excellent customer support feels like. If you want a host you can rely on not just to provide great hosting but also 1st class support then you need Zfast.

Very efficient support and reliable service. I have been in e-commerce for 20 years. I assure that zfast is a really professional company. I can’t emphasise the responsive support more.

Staff are friendly, and polite. Submitted a ticket, and within less than an hour on multiple occasions I had a resolution and a response. Can't beat the customer service, and they couldn't be any more helpful. Never had an issue with any services that wasn't resolved quickly and easily.

zFast are a brilliant small company, based in Manchester. They offer so many packages in terms of hosting... they will always have a solution. They even offer ShoutCAST Hosting.

The customer support is endless, choose to talk via phone, live chat or a raise a support ticket. Either one you will receive a very fast and accurate response. They will also help you out by manually fixing issues themselves, with your approval of course. More companies need the same level of professionalism along with that little touch of “human help”

Ive been through way too many providers. These guys/gals are by far the best and very affordable too. Thanks to all the team at zFast who have been amazing as always. Keep up the good work guys.
