I didn't understand what to do as a consequence of a recent email. Tommy B sorted it all out for me and replied very quickly having done what was necessary.

I've been using these guys for about 10 years now and they're always very responsive and helpful in a timely manner. Their services are great value for money and much better than the large household names e.g. GoDaddy and co.

Yet again ZFast came to our rescue when one of our online shops was infiltrated by a malicious scammer which fortunately we pre-empted. Andy helped us no end with some really useful suggestions such as installing Cloudflare. ZFast always goes the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We have had a number of Hosts in the past but ZFast is our "forever" service provider. David Sales, Company Secretary.

The guys at Zfast are superb. They have rescued our sites more than once and today did a sterling job helping us restore a situation that had failed.

The hosting is cost effective, you get loads of space and it is FAST. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I needed help getting my old files back from a service I was cancelling. They were extremely helpful and were able to get me the files I needed. I originally put in the Ticket late at night (8 pm-ish) and they had got back to me in less than half an hour and were still working to resolve my issue after a couple of back and forth messages, well past 9pm. This was really appreciated as I was expecting a reasonable response time to be the next day.

Such quick and accurate responses. The team is always available to help you regardless of how stupid your question may be!

Account suspended for the 2nd time in. It so many months, this time because they claim I was sending spam emails or malicious emails direct from my email account ?!?!?

I’m a professional and have no interest or time for that and as a result they suspended my account. Have warned if I get another I would move to another service provider, when working it’s fantastic and customer service is always good. However it’s a shame the low security and security ethic for their shared hosting systems is so low.

I hope this improves a little meaning I dont have to move. But I’m now arranging a plan b!

Looked at this host a few years ago as a backup for a very few non commercial low traffic sites, on a reseller plan, although I cannot complain about the support, but I will say this, with most requests I have I am greeted with "you need a private server", cant use WP multisite installs they have multiple "so called" security issues, the real kicker was when they don't allow the server to send out emails for basic open source apps (not mass mailers) that THEY offer in their own product offering.
Totally regret going with them and will have to start migrating everything to a host that will actually provide "real world" hosting.

I had an issue with SSL certifications, I'm usually ok with that stuff but i couldn't get it to authenticate. After a while of trying with no success i contacted the support team for advice. Nick was fast replying and after trying a few things he found a slight issue with the SSL and panel that he fixed instantly and promptly. I would highly recommend these guys for your hosting.
