Ordered shoes 19/04/26 never received despite them saying they tried to deliver 3 times….lies I can prove they never tried to deliver once far less 3 times. They are ignoring me I have no product and no refund completely frustrated! SHOP are doing nothing to help. I feel so helpless having been scammed by this unscrupulous outfit but I will pursue them and if I see them advertising on social media I will be warning people not to go near this mob

The dresses are nothing like the pictures, the quality is terrible, tried email them, and had no reply. Terrible service, Terrible goods. Very dissatisfied customer

Disgusting customer service. Waited over 6 weeks only to receive a child's pair of boots size 3-5 when I asked for size 9.5. Will never be ordering from this company. If I don't recieve a reply to the email that I sent this morning I will be taking this further

I will give 0 if it was available. Items are of such poor quality and will not give a refund except items are shipped to China at a huge cost. When buying from them you will expect that they are a Uk company. Nothing was mentioned that you will have to ship returns to China before you buy from them. They have added London to their name to fool people. They are scammers. Trading standards will hear of this.

I just received the dress I had ordered. So so disappointed ☹️ it was nothing like the dress I saw online! It’s terrible would have cost a maximum of $1 to make in China!
I won’t wear it that’s for sure. So annoyed I was hoping to take it on a holiday with me. Thought it would be great for that but no way! I’d feel embarrassed to be seen wearing it. What a waste of $62. I can’t afford that.
I thought it was from Melbourne but it came from China!
I don’t know how these companies get away with it.

Never buy ....worst item ...u will receive and never u can return or u will get refund.... avoid shopping....

I can’t make it zero star otherwise I would do. Don’t trust them. Poor quality, poor customer service, not responsive, zero integrity.

SCAM...please do not waste your money placing an order with this company. They do not follow correct procedures and they WILL NOT issue a refund. The customer support team is very uncooperative and extremely rude. Stay clear.

Zevera has truly been a lifesaver for me. Zevera has become my go-to platform for hassle-free file hosting. If you're in search of a trustworthy files downloading service, I highly recommend giving Zevera a try. It's made a significant difference in how I download files on the internet.

I had a 300GB account without time limit, used probably 20% of it (if not less). Suddenly they send me an email stating in one week my premium account would have expired!
They NEVER emailed me about this change of terms.
I don't care if they relaunched the site or whatever. I will never buy from them a time subscription, because I'm pretty sure after few days they would make my account expire because I've surpassed the (put an arbitrary amount of GBytes here) GByte limit.
SCAM ALERT!

ZEVERA ==WORKS MOST OF THE TIME but still have FRUSTRATIONS with likes of Rapidgator (always been problem with free users).
Have asked them to Use FILEJOKER & KEEP2SHARE also but alas no Joy yet.

will tell /told Zevera admin to keep its subscriptions to affordable market value=say $9.99 monthly & cap at 200gb or a yearly 2tb at below (american) 200 dollars with 200tb rollover if unable to use in a year due downloading frustrations by some file hoster that Zevera contract with.

good downloading is okay for free user that are patient & mostly stuff turns up on the net that is Free downloadable

I had over twenty Gigabits worth of traffic on my account that should never expire. Zevera removed the traffic-based packages, then existing credit was converted into premium time, but they never notify me about it. When I found out about this all my traffic was gone and Zevera suggest now that I buy a premium membership. Stay away from this company!

Their memberships don't last as long as they say they will.

In recent months, Zevera has been taken over by a new team, which has significantly changed the running of the site. Forty hosts, some quite rare (Icerbox, for example) that work remarkably well, very fast loading, it is really day and night compared to the previous team. One regret is the modification of subscriptions, which are now sold only in units of time, and more in quantity downloaded. This does not help those who downloads only a little.
But Zevera finally fulfilled, and even more, the promises made when I subscribed, which had never been the case before. Congratulations to the new team!
Depuis quelques mois, Zevera a été repris par une nouvelle équipe, qui a considérablement changé le fonctionnement du site. Une quarantaine d'hébergeurs, dont certains assez rares (Icerbox, par exemple) qui fonctionnent remarquablement bien, chargement très rapide, c'est vraiment le jour et la nuit par rapport à l'équipe précédente. Un seul regret, c'est la modification des abonnements, qui ne sont maintenant vendus que par unités de temps, et plus en quantité téléchargée. Cela n'arrange ceux qui téléchargent peu.
Mais Zevera remplit enfin, et même plus, les promesses faites quand j'avais souscrit, ce qui n'avait jamais été le cas auparavant. Bravo à la nouvelle équipe!

I bought premium account in 2017 with over 100 GB of traffic. Now they informed me that my premium account will expire within 7 days.
No refund. No trust. Just a scam.
