Horrible Customer Service

The customer service is horrible. I ordered 2.25mm bangles (Medium) from their website. Arrived 2.4mm (2.5mm is Large). I contacted them but they said I 'clearly don't know sizes' and was 'creating drama to avoid shipping. I was disrespected, demeaned and insulted by their customer service person on Whatsapp. She taunted me and told me I wanted to create drama. NEVER order from them. I have never had such a terrible experience with any Pakistani brand before.
