Yes everything everyone else is saying about them is true... scandalous company!! Owned by greedy little piggys!! They had ripped me off of $400 worth of product... however I was able to show my bank the purchase and the incredibly arrogant emails they last sent out and I got my money back and as far as I know they got prosecuted by my bank... but I would still love to be a n included in any class action lawsuit 🙂

Zeus was the best juice money could buy 3 years ago, slowly dropped their standards and ended up a horror show. I found Tabatha very rude when inquiring about missing juices from paid orders. Didnt fall for the closing down sale - i feel for all that did. After being burnt a few times decided to make my own juice so i didnt have to deal with a holes like this again.

I also fell for the "going out of business" scam, apparently. I placed my order on September 4th. I have followed up via email and tried to call - the number listed goes to another business. I didn't spend a lot of money like others have, but these people are predators and should be punished and prosecuted. I've reached out to a law firm in Melbourne, FL., Vocelle & Berg to see if this warrants a class-action lawsuit. And it's not even about the money for me. How do these people sleep at night, pulling this nonsense in the middle of a pandemic-fueled economic crisis. Eff em.

I have 3 seperate orders. One has been delivered to the wrong address which is their fault because I didn’t change my shipping address and I still yet have to here about my other 2 orders. I ordered a total of 12 bottles and have yet to see them. They are thieves

I was a 7 year loyal cutomer, and they ripped me off for almost $400 in October 2020. They kept promising to fulfill outstanding orders while accepting new orders, and then.... stated they had spent our money on something else, would not be shipping what I paid for, and refused to issue refunds.

I had been happily purchasing Zeus juice for 5 years. This summer they announced closure and would stop processing orders on a certain date. I placed my last order 2 days before the stop date. I still haven't received my order, the website is down, their FB group is archived, and it looks like I'm screwed on my order. Heck of a way to treat their loyal customers.

After being a very satisfied and loyal customer for over 5 years, this company closed up business and refused to give refunds on outstanding orders. They posted on their FB page that we should contact our credit card company for a refund. I had two orders awaiting fulfillment and am now out over $400. I can understand in these uncertain times a company may have to close up shop, but then refund for unfulfilled product. Sad to say their good reputation has gone down the tubes. I would never do business with them again.

If I could give it zero stars I would. They charged my debit card $224.00 and never filled orders. They said to contact credit card to obtain refund. They took a lot of customers money and then said oops sorry we received an unexpected bill so we spent the money we collected from you on that instead of filling your order.

I was a loyal customer for 6yrs, they got everyone to “panic” buy since they said they were closing, hundreds of us paid for orders and now they posted no orders will go out and no refunds. If you were affected from this company pls join us customers started a group called screwed by zeus juice. I can’t post link Facebook search if you’d like

"Better hurry! Time's running out to buy our juice!" Deliberately cause panic buying and then say you're not going to fulfill our orders...oh and by the way, "We don't have the money to refund either."

how is this not fraud wish someone in would send them to jail .. they took thousands from ppl with their pre pay scam ..what low life scum !!

If I could give them a zero I would. They stole $496 from me and many others significant amounts. They are out of business as of 9/8/2020 but that didn’t stop them for reminding us to stock up. Well we did, and this past Monday they said they were done juicing and would not offer any refunds for orders placed but not fulfilled. Told us to file a dispute with our banks and credit card companies. Where did all that money go? They took the money out when the orders were placed to purchase or reimburse their cost of materials needed. Well, we have no product. But the owners have a brand new house purchased in March, new swimming pool purchased in May and many toys to drive around in. What a pathetic excuse for a company

Tabatha and Alan Hartman - the biggest thieves I have ever met. Was a 5+ year customer of theirs and when they decided to close down and run their closing down sale I wholeheartedly and trustingly decided to stock up on their liquids - little did I know this was a cash grab scheme they had running - I ordered over $800 worth which may not seem like a lot but it is for me and it is my hard earned money which they simply stole from me. I placed the orders in July and August and my order remained in processing for many months - when following up I was advised that my order is in the line to be shipped out - and then just a few days ago I get an email from Tabatha the thief saying that they cannot fulfill my order and to contact my credit card supplier when this whole time I was told that every single order would be processed and sent and that I would be refunded if this did not happen.

You have taken my faith away from humanity and I will never trust anyone again no matter how sincere - I hope karma bites these guys so bad because I am not the only one they have stolen from and I have read comments from people who spend thousands of dollars purely based on the trust that was build over the many years - I never imagined they would take advantage of the trust of these loyal customers. I cant even get a refund from my card supplier as the orders were placed so many months ago for Tabatha to not honor her word - I truly hope you burn in hell!

Ordered September 4th and now October 7th they’ve sent an email saying they will not be shipping anymore orders and they will not be giving refunds for the not shipped orders and I need to contact my credit card company to try and get my money back. In my previous review I had stated that I was worried that this was a cash grab before they closed their doors and now it certainly seems to be the case.

Here's the deal...
We were informed they were closing due to all the new rules/regulations by FDA. Last day to place orders was Sept 8th, 2020. I placed 4 orders... 8/12, 8/14, 9/1, and 9/8. Just received 8/12 order this past Saturday,10/3.
Yesterday a message was posted on their FB page basically saying they are unable to send any more orders, and... Get this!... They can NOT send any REFUNDS!!! They said to contact our cc company for our refunds! My outstanding orders add up to $121.91, which may not seem like much money to some, but to me, that IS A LOT OF MONEY!!! However, other customers are out hundreds, and one I saw had over $1,000 in orders! They charged our credit/debit cards immediately when you placed your order. I used a prepaid debit card, and the card holder will not refund me, as they already paid Zeus. They aren't about to lose $121! I wished I used a credit card, because maybe I would have been protected!
I am going to file a complaint with the AG in Florida, however I really don't have any hope of getting my money back!
They were the best juice company around... I've been a faithful customer of them for about 5 years, and they were great! Now... They're just thieves! They literally stole thousands of dollars from their customers! They really need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent!! I am sickened by what they did to us!!! We trusted them!! We had faith in them that they would give us the product we PAID for, or give us back OUR MONEY that they TOOK!!!

Been waiting over a month for an order I paid 2 day shipping for. Written 4 emails with no response. Not sure why they’d keep taking orders if they’re never going to fulfill them. Seems like bad business to me

I have been waiting since Aug 16th for my (I thought was) last order I would get from them but now it shows they are still in business. I have loved their clove juice for many years but since COVID19 they have just been terrible in delivery time. I've been trying to be patient but my patience has run out, as I have read others are experiencing the same. I have yet to get my$90 order and if I don't get it by Oct 16th I'll be forced to file a dispute which breaks my heart because their clove flavor is truly the best out there. Sure hope they get their act together soon so I can go back to giving them a 5 star review.

I don't know what happened to them but they used to be A+ but now, they’ve vanished. I’ve had an order pending since July (over 2 months) and they won’t respond to emails or even refund me since they obviously can’t fill my order. Instead crickets and a pending order is all I get.
