We had Zest at Work this week for chair massages and it was just lovely. I am hoping our company keeps sit up.

We brought Zest At Work in for a wellness day in the office and everyone really enjoyed it. Very relaxing, Camila was very good and we would definitely like to book another session in the future. Recommended!

Loved the dance session! Even though I was the only one to show up for the class, they still went ahead with it, which I am super grateful that they did because I was excited to attend the session.

The session itself was great - the instructor (Rachel) guided us through a dance routine bit by bit and was happy to go over any steps that I had confusion on. After a busy day in the office, this was exactly what I needed. It was great to get the body moving and focus my attention on learning some choreography. It really helped clear the mind after a long day. Absolutely loved it!

I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and constantly have a number of knots but the lady I had managed to ease a lot of these in just 15 minutes. She was excellent and very professional.

A very chilled out and interesting introduction to yoga. The yoga teacher was great.

It was really good massage she was very mindful of any previous injuries and also gave some good advice on maintenance

Seldom do I get put into a dream state, with just a couple of seconds into the massage, my body felt completely relaxed that I did not realize myself slipping into a dream state! One of the best massages I've had by far.
