Easy ordering. Delivered in time frame quoted. Beautifully presented and top quality fruit!

Quick, efficient delivery.

The fruit parcel was due to be delivered on Friday 4th Oct and I received an email to say the courier couldn’t deliver and returned to depot! I rang the courier - very difficult to get through/ and arranged to have it sent to an alternative address/ on Monday - so not very happy !

Excellent service and product, sent to my friend who gas just come out of hospital a gift, she said its beautiful and fruit is lovely. I will order from you again.

Prompt delivery with clear communication of where delivery process was up to including point of receipt. Good variety of fresh fruits.

Disappointed with this month’s box. The bananas had blemishes as did the pears.
The rest was ok. The reason I started having a monthly order was to get quality fruit each month.

I ended up ordering two fruit boxes (@ £30) as I mistakenly sent one to my home address instead of to my parents as a thank you gift (I messed up on the website). Fortunately the second box arrived safely and is being enjoyed by my folks. The reason I'm scoring the box down is that when we opened the box that came to my address, one of the apples was on the turn and I felt that overall, this is an expensive way to send (non-organic) fruit - especially as it's simply placed in a branded cardboard box. It's a nice idea but just feels over-priced for what it is.

The fruit box was sent as a gift, however the message I requested to be sent with it was not included so the recipients had no idea this was a gift from me. Other than that it was a nice box of fruit!

Ordering was very easy, and I was kept updated of the hampers journey. It arrived in the allotted time frame. I had written a gift card message but the recipient either didn’t receive it or it was lost in the packaging - so she wasn’t quite sure who had sent it to her- but she loved the hamper.

Very easy to book in a fruit basket for mother’s birthday. I live in Australia and it’s great to buy something that doesn’t involve posting things.

Dropped one star because note was not included so the recipient did not know it was from us but they mentioned the quality was beautiful.

Expected a bit more exotic fruit such as pineapple or mango perhaps. All fresh but nothing out of the ordinary.

Excellent quality, super fresh and flavourful. I ordered a one-off as a test but will be subscribing now. Many thanks!

Great fruit hamper which my son loved. Swift and smooth service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.

It's one thing to get things spot on for a customer when all goes to plan, but a company's response when things go awry says so much about their ethos. Unfortunately, my order was late arriving, by several days. This was not the fault of Zest and Berry, but was an issue with their. Luckily the fruit showed little deterioration when it did arrive, probably thanks to the cold weather. However, the company could not have done more to make amends, for which I am truly grateful. I look forward to ordering from Zest & Berry in the future and will recommend them to others.

The service was excellent. I had a few questions and someone replied promptly and with care. The modifications I requested were made and the delivery arrived as scheduled.
