We have had the Zero Water Filter now for a month are are happy about the taste of the water. However, the filters do not last long. The water starts to smell/taste like fish. We already used 2 filters within 1 month. After a call with Customer Service, they said that the filter should last much longer, but that is definitely not the case.

This filter is dangerous because of bacterie growth. My dad worked 40 years for a water company. Tapwater is safe, it is being filteren by the earth before it is pumped up and then its filtered again. Uv-Light kills bacterie. This company spreads lies Just to sell their filters.

Excellent filters, fast delivery. Arguably some containers are a little inconvenient to use, but you still see very accurate descriptions and photos when you order.

Filters also work quite slowly, but it's very much worth it for the quality of filtering. TDS meter indeed always shows zero on a new filter.

Was auto signed up for the 2 monthly subscription and after I asked to unsubscribe, they said there's no unsubscribing for a year. According to consumer laws, I have a 14 day window to unsubscribe and when I cited the law, the support team ghosted me.

This is a horrible way of marketing and punishing customers, even the loyal ones. I don't feel like using their product again and will probably dissuade my university peers from using it. I'm sad that I need to act in spite against a product I was happy with. Fortunately I'm a student president on a double masters program so I can dissuade students of both unis. It's just sad that an international student is unethically juiced for their money. I'm charged £49 every 2 months while I'm on student loans :_(

This is a highly effective water filter for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

We have been using the filters now for over 1 year. Our TDS measures a value of 098 from our tap water. With this value, one filter lasts us just for 3 weeks. So that’s quite expensive.
Next to this….. to replace the filter…… OMG what a nuisance. It JUST fits, and because of that it takes me A LOT of effort to replace a filter (approximately 20 minutes). I always hate replacing them as they never fit properly. And the moment you think….YES, finally…. It leeks 😫. So definitely NOT user friendly.

Service is good though, as they replaced already many filters for free because they did not sip water through anymore - production flaw). But this should not happen in the first place.

Avoid Avoid Avoid is all I can say I’ve purchase not one but two of there large water filters they work great at first but then after a week or so the meter readings are higher than tap water and they both stink of FISH. One is for myself in Warwickshire the other for my son in Leeds so they can’t blame the tap etc. I’m quoted happy to order more filters and have done on the 18th January and was sent a tracking number that’s not valid!!! Still not had my filters and despite two emails one on 25th and one on 28th of January I’ve not had a single response. To be honest I will be making sure that I tell everyone to avoid this product as the customer service is something that you expect to receive in a third world country. Initially I was happy but unfortunately I I have had to stop using the filter as the the check stick stopped working after a couple of weeks. When I tried using it again it gave a shocking reading of over 500 for the filtered water from the jug. The water tasted ok but it seems we could have been drinking poor quality water without realising. Water from the tap gave a lower reading than the filtered water. I won't now buy a £20 replacement filter and can't recommend.
Update: I'm still unsure but was sent a new tds stick when my purchase was confirmed and have bought more filters as I'm concerned about lead pipes.

Horrendous taste after a week im amazed they can still sell such an expensive filter that doesnt work a big waste of money will go back to brita

We live in London and one filter lasts only about 2 weeks even if it isn’t used excessively. As soon as the filter stops filtering 100%, the water immediately gets a disgusting aftertaste - one way to ensure you keep switching the incredibly expensive filters as often as possible…I’m throwing the jug away and buying a Brita.

Great service. When my first water jug arrived damaged, they promptly sent me a replacement which arrived the next day. A wonderful product, and very easy to use.

Bitter water only got more bitter as the days went by. 4 days and we returned the filter back to the store

Very disappointed with this purchase. Wouldn’t recommend doesn’t save u money cost you more with all the filter purchases, than buying water bottles a month!

I purchased the large Glass Dispenser, which was obviously a mistake. Don't get me wrong, it looks very elegant and I love the large capacity it holds.

My gripe is that the water right from the off, had a distinct taste which took a bit of getting use to. Then the taste gradually got worse to the point that we couldn't drink it, we then only used it for filling the kettle because with herbal teas the taste was masked. The last straw was that when pouring from the dispenser there occasionally appeared weird thread like objects in the water.
The TDS measurement of my tap water is 089
