Disappointing, after being a customer for years
Delivery was delayed by nearly 2 weeks. No goodwill offered, even after I pointed out there should be. I have been a customer for a few years now. Disappointing.

The water filters very fast
The water filters very fast, I wonder if it is doing its thing properly. The TDS tester does not fit well in the cavity above the tap... water taste is good but time will tell how good the system is.

I found this company when watching a YouTube cannel (Project Farm). He was testing various water filtering systems. ZeroWater really impressed me with their results.So, I looked up a UK website, checked out the various options and placed an order. I am delighted to say they lived up to my expectations in every way. My water now has Zero TDS (total dissolved solids) and tastes beautiful.
