Happy with my ZeroWater…
I couldn't be happier with my ZeroWater filter! The difference in water quality is incredible. The filtered water is exceptionally clean and tastes so pure and fresh that it's hard to go back to regular tap water.
The filter is also very easy to use.

Excellent customer service
My order wasn’t delivered even though the delivery service had marked the order as completed. Thanks to Zerowater’s truly excellent customer service, they resolved the issue promptly by sending me a re-order of my filters. I love the product and I am very happy with the customer service.

The shipping this time around was…
The shipping this time around was really bad. I have requested an RMA and pre-paid shipping label as I want to return these filters. They were shipped loose in a box so they would have knocked against each other during shipping as opposed to being securely held in the box they normally ship in with each filter separated from the others. I would rate this lower but I expect they will handle it and exchange these for properly packaged filters.

Endless Delays for Jug and Filters – Completely Unacceptable
Package never delivered, stuck in an Italian depot since June 17.
Tracking is extremely poor — they even ask you to download an app just to get clearer information.
I have requested a refund and I’m waiting.
Imagine having to wait months every time you buy replacement filters.
Unacceptable experience. I will not purchase from Zerowater again.
