Excellent product, use it everyday

From my order of 4 pieces filter, 3 pieces we couldn't use because of bad quality of the blue ring from the filter. The unfiltered water is dripping in the filtered water! Its not closing correct. Dezaster...so expensive and we were drinking water the same quality with the water from the facet.

The taste of zero water at 0 tds is really something that can not be replaced by anything! The only thing I don’t like about it is that as the filter loses filtering capacity, the taste of water becomes very peculiar, not even like tap water but worse. Have been using it for over 3 years now and I will not go back to drinking tap water again.

Overall, I am satisfied with the water quality. Although, in my opinion, independent research should be conducted at the beginning of using the filter and at the end. In my case, the water indicator from the tap is 172, it is impossible to check the amount of filtered water, because 2 children, with brains absent from TikTok, cannot remember that it is important for dad to understand how much water 1 filter filters and they do not write anything down. What is disappointing is that the water starts to taste like a swamp at an indicator of 3, the filter has never stood up to 6, because water at 4-5 simply tastes disgusting. For this money you could use better quality glue to seal the filter, when you tear off the plastic film on the filter rim, there are remnants of film and glue.

I purchased the ZeroWater 2.4L carafe (Combi-box with 3 filters) in France for €75.95. The product was delivered on 10/02/2026. There are only two people in my household (my husband and myself), so the pitcher is used moderately.

On 22/02/2026, less than two weeks after starting to use the first filter, the filtered water began to smell strongly like dead fish. I tested the water with the included TDS meter and the reading was 220 ppm, while my tap water measures 325 ppm. This shows the filter is no longer effectively reducing dissolved solids.

Given the price of the filters and the brand’s claim of removing 99.8% of dissolved substances, I expected the filter to last much longer. Having it fail in under two weeks is very disappointing.

Good filter, splashy tap.
It's quite easy to splash all over the place since the tap goes wild and there's no stand so keeping the glass as close as possible is an absolute necessity.
For the foot, I designed and printed one so I can easily fill the water container of the coffee maker also.

Made my first order recently. Unfortunately the jug with a crack on it.
Contacted zerowater and they very promptly sent me a new jug after I sent some pictures of the issue. So far very pleased with their customer care.

Horrible taste and the filter leaks everywhere. Very poor quality and it's super expensive! I opened 2 filters in a day the water had an absolute horrible taste. I don't think it's even safe to drink given the taste. I lost 75€ I'm really disgusted
