My ordering experience was seamless and I actually received my merchandise within 4 weeks of ordering. I thought there would be delays. The dresses are perfect. I get compliments on them when I wear them.

Do not expect to return your purchases. They do not offer returns, although they state they do. I was offered $38 and keep the clothes (I wanted to return because they didn’t fit). I spent $100 and they offered $38!
Do not shop with Zerbar! Or prepare to lose money if you don’t like the clothes or they don’t fit.....you won’t get a fictitious “return authorization” BUYER BEWARE!

The dresses were just as they are presented online. I just love them and get lots of compliments on both.

Responsive to questions. Stylish and great quality. Will for sure order from them again.

I ordered 3 dresses and everything arrived as ordered! I was a little worried at first but pleased when my package arrived! The only thing I’d mention is that nothing fit me because EVERYTHING ran sooooo big! I wasn’t sure about the return policy (I couldn’t locate that information anywhere) so I had the 3 dresses altered by a seamstress.

The quality of the dresses was very good and I’ll order from them again.

The sleeveless shirts are soft and wear well. Haven’t worn the yellow short sleeve tshirt- seems a little oversized for me.

Beautiful dresses at great prices. Long delivery times but that was expected. Really happy with them, true to size.

Everything sent to me looks exactly as the pictures. Bonus! They are quite wrinkle resistant.

Ordered a dress took ages to arrive and then it did it looked nothing like photo , material very thin, emailed company to advise how to return item and get a refund still haven’t heard English back

The product is amazing. I love the prints, the fabric and the quality. Top notch! I ordered 2 shirts and 1 dress. I love them all. The dress has a tad more "cleavage" then I am comfortable with so I'll order a cami to wear under it but I am not returning because I absolutely LOVE the dress. Thank you!

I am happy with my purchase. I was annoyed because it had said it had shipped but every time I checked the tracking it said it was waiting for the package...I emailed and sent messages that were never returned. The products themselves were good quality, not sure if I would purchase again...if I do it wont be for an event

It took way to long to get here. even longer that what I was told it would take because of covid. I ordered this three and a half weeks before going on vacation and it still took another two weeks to finally get here. your website makes it really hard to be able to even track my order, so I was left thinking my order got lost. I probably won't order again especially since your clothes aren't really shipped from within the united states. The package was in japanese writing.
