Still never received anything despite multiple chases.

Not a reflection on the actual product but as I keep getting asked to review this …. Do not recommend as my order has not arrived, despite ordering 2 weeks ago. I’ve heard nothing from Zephyr or DHL (despite chasing both)

We have not received our order (over 1 week late) despite it being on expedited shipping. No reponse from company to our email.

Ordered item from them and still not delivered. I called Zephyr to see what was happening. Firstly it took absolutely ages for them to answer, then they promised to look into it and get back to me before the days end. Guess what, 2 days later still no reply.

It was delivered to a street in Bristol 200 miles away. I'm still waiting for it.

Ordered twice, paid for it twice, refunded twice. Between Zephyr Sails and DHL they managed to lose my shipment within minutes of DHL supposedly receiving the package. Twice. To add insult to injury the stock at Zephyr Sails is now Nil, as it is somewhere at DHL??? And No more stock leaves me very frustrated.

Great quality, fast turnaround, but there seems to be a shortage of stock, and choices of sizes, shapes ? I’m hoping this is short term, as I regularly change my garden around.

They took my order and money.. the day it was due.. they emailed saying they will refund as out of stock.. not professional at all

Very well made. Strong heavy duty fixings and came in a case to store away when not in use. Very impressed.

Quick delivery good quality

I had some questions re delivery times and then required other info. Company were prompt, personal touch and efficient.

The product arrived on time and I found the quality of the product to be excellent, above expectations, would recommend them to anybody without hesitation.

1st order - wrong item delivered.
Quick email response, “packing error” new item being dispatched (all good)
Considerable time later, email received, order cancelled by you, refund given.
After eventually finding a phone number a very lovely lady explained the item was out of stock now and the warehouse had cancelled the order.
Overall, friendly staff and fast response, but no product, missed the offer price and left confused and disappointed.

The sail and associated accessories are of a very good quality. We bought this to cover a courtyard area and it kept it dry during pretty heavy rain, so we are very impressed.
We received the item very quickly, which was impressive, although there were a couple of items missing from the order, this was was quickly rectified by an email to the team at Zephyr and the additional items were sent out.

Easy to use website and dispatched really quickly. Haven't set it up yet but looking forward to relaxing days under the sail.
