Zephoco cream foundation..... what a joke.. bought this foundation thinking I'd treat myself. Applies white, blends WHITER. I looked white and pasty faced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This was a let down honestly, it was gritty, left my skin looking flakey, and dry. It looked like cheap foundation after a night out. It was so expensive also. It is not something that I would ever recommend. I am so upset - was so excited to try it. The order was not correct either they sent me two different colours. Which I both tried but was double what I expected and was advertising that came out of my account.. please beware ..

I ordered the chocolate brown waterproof eyeliner and was very disappointed by the purchase. I began Googling the product and found that I was not the only one who was disappointed. The product does not “glide on” as advertised and a fair bit of force needs to get any color to appear at all, leaving my eyes sore and red. It’s impossible to sharpen them as the pencil breaks off each and every time.
Worst thing I could have purchased.

I’m furious at myself for not doing research before I purchases but hopefully this will help someone else. I ordered the plum and chocolate eyeliners from an instagram ad. Took a long time to get but the problem was in the product. One of the pencils had ZERO product in it. The other had a nice sharp point but no matter how hard I twisted the pencil to advance more product, it would not budge. Effectively, it was a decoy. Too difficult and expensive to return, so a total waste of money on two decoy eye pencils.

The product is not as advertised. It is supposed to "glide on" and it doesn't. The slightest attempt to apply it causes the tips to break. There doesn't seem to be a way to advance the actual eyeliner after the tips broke off. I was so disappointed. Do not buy this product

I just got my two pencils after several weeks maybe even a month or more. I tried on my hand it did go on smooth. It has a gritty feel to it. The plum looks very brown. I am tossing as I don't know the ingredients and if it's tested on animals or not. I should have read the reviews first. I've been using Thrive products and I'm gonna stick with it.

I ordered two waterproof eyeliners. It took a very long time for the items to arrive. I ordered a plum and a brown....I got two... black. I'm very disappointed with this product, will try to return.

I received my 2 zephoco eyeliner pencils by courier via online shopping, one arrived in perfect condition, however the other arrived (still sealed in box & plastic bag) with the tip smashed off. You can not sharpen the pen! Worthless!

ordered two, chocolate and plum. tip broke off and cant roll it up and they are crap. Going in the bin. Do not buy

I am an admitted makeup junkie. I'm very pale and I have a hard time finding colors I like for eye shadows and liners. I watched all the Instagram posts about these liners and finally couldn't resist ordering two shades. I was drawn to their supposed ease in the way they just glide on. What a terrible scam. They are the worst eye liners I've ever used! Hands down! Right out of the box I couldn't get them to transfer any color to my hand, which I wanted to swatch before I put them on my eyes. They are so waxy! I read a suggestion to sharpen them prior to use, which I thought was strange, but I tried this, even used a new sharpener. All they did was break off and crumble. I sent a text to the company and was asked to submit a photo of the broken pencil. I did this and they replied that their customer service team reviewed my photo and found nothing wrong with the pencil. They refused to take them back and refund my money. I asked them to take me off their text and email lists and never contact me again. Just horrible customer service and an even worse product. Buyer beware! I wish I'd read all these similarly horrible reviews before I purchased. I'll stick with Revant, which makes a wonderful self-sharpening pencil that actually does glide on and stays on!

Garbage. I echo the other reviewers here. The product is sub- junk. It took almost 2 months to arrive. It was dried out and the tip broke off the first time I used it. There is no way to use the rest of the product in the pencil. Thats rediculous on top of everything else. Steer clear of this idiot company and product.

This company is horrible!!! Buyers beware!! They charged me $10 more than advertised. When I contacted the company it took months for a respond. I did not want their product since they were deceptive and they would not inform me how to return it.

It doesn't even deserve one star. This is the worst eye liner I have ever bought. I have to scrape it along my eye to get any color. I bought three colors and regret all three. I wish I could get my money back.

I ordered the Supreme Cream through a link on Instagram, two tubes because my skin color can fluctuate from summer to winter. I never received an order confirmation or invoice. After a few weeks I was wondering where my order was, I paid via PayPal, thank goodness, and was able to track down an email link to the company. The item was coming from Taiwan and was held up with all the tariff BS. The company assured me that my order was on its way. However, when I received it, it was a tube of the lighter color and a tube of a color that was even lighter than that. When I emailed the company again to let them know that I received the wrong color, they asked me to show proof of my order, which I had already let them know in the first email that I wasn’t able to because I never received confirmation or invoice. So they can track my order to say it’s on its way but they couldn’t to see that they gave me the wrong color? unfortunately, I can’t use it at all during the summer because it’s too light, and when I tried to use a dark color foundation to blend and try and balance, it changes the effectiveness/coverage of the product. If you’re able to get it in the right shade, the product did seem to work at least initially, as advertised (I tried light color, before taking a shower to see if it even worked before taking issue with the company that they sent the wrong shade) m… though unfortunately for me, bad experience, $80 wasted, SMH.

The waterproof eyeliner is the poorest quality product I have ever experienced. If you want to know what it is like, sharpen your kid's brown crayon and use it to eyeline. It does not even apply. Its waxy, does not line and breaks. This product is SOOOOO not worth purchasing. I brought two pencils and chucked both in the trash. Junk, junk and junk

Scam!Scam!Scam!! Ordered 2 eyeliners. They were dry and crumbled. And delivery time was about a month. Product very cheap. Dont waste your money or time

i just received my eyeliners in two colors. when i opened the package both fell apart and were cracked. this stuff is literally crap. don’t buy this and it took forever to receive it. i hope they will refund my money. never buy this.
