Great service

We first met Malvin 1 1 years ago at 'A Place in the Sun' LIve Exhibition in Birmingham. We subsequently went out to view properties in the Costa del Sol area, not knowing that much really about the different places. Malvin showed us around different properties & different areas. After
our first visit we knew what we did & didn't want! On our second visit Malvin found us exactly what we wanted. The purchase went through smoothly & Malvin put us in touch with Lawyers etc
Ten years later we decided to sell our property, the time felt right and we didnt hesitate to contact Malvin. He found buyers quickly and the process was completed efficiently.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Malvin/Zen Villas for all your buying & selling needs.

ZenVillas is a great source of real estate guidance.

Malvin Preece is very knowledgeable about real estate on the Costa del Sol. He took the time to show us many options and explain some of the pros and cons involved with each. Being from the US only since last November, this has been very helpful to us in understanding Spanish real estate in general and the Sotogrande area in particular. I highly recommend Malvin to anyone seeking a property in the area!

Working with Malvin from Zen Villas…

Working with Malvin from Zen Villas made our home-finding process much easier than we expected. We just moved to Spain and were struggling to understand the process of purchasing a home in Spain. Malvin assisted us not only in understanding how the process works but also assisted us in finding the perfect place for us. I would highly recommend Zen Villas!

Great service

Malvin was amazing when we were looking to purchase a property in the Estepona area. He has a wealth of knowledge, is extremely patient and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We completed our purchase quickly and Malvin was there all the way to help and guide us. We would highly recommend Malvin and Zen Villas.
