I paid for a comprehensive investigation and all I got back was a 3-page PDF that looked like it was copied from a basic Google search. No actual tracing was done. I could have found this information myself for free.
I have lost over 10000$. That was my initial deposit and they just decided to stop answering to my calls and emails. It has been over 2 months they stopped responding.
Once they got my initial deposit, communication dropped off a cliff. My emails go unanswered for weeks, and when I finally get through, they just give me generic excuses. Very unprofessional for a firm supposedly based in San Francisco.
Be warned: they demand thousands of dollars upfront before they even look at your case. When I asked for a progress report, they just asked for more money for 'legal filings' that I never saw proof of. Do not give them a penny.
I don't know what all those positive reviews are about (they do seem fake) because I had a terrible experience, they couldn't help me and were rude.
