Original: The package never arrived. FedEx says it was delivered but it was not there.
Update: ZenSupply reached out to FedEx on my behalf to get confirmation that the package had been delivered, which FedEx could not provide. ZenSupply called me the next morning to let me know that the order had been renewed and a replacement was on the way. Thank you ZenSupply!

I had a very disappointing experience with ZenSupply.
Initially, I was charged $250 for shipping, which already felt excessive. Then, without any clear justification, that number was increased to $1,200. It wasn’t until I questioned it that the charge was addressed. That kind of pricing inconsistency raises serious concerns about transparency and business practices.
As a customer, I expect clear, upfront costs—not inflated charges that only get corrected if I push back. This experience created unnecessary frustration and wasted time.
Given the circumstances, I believe a refund or at minimum a credit is warranted. I would strongly encourage ZenSupply to review their billing process and ensure pricing is consistent and communicated clearly to customers moving forward.

Ordered a part on March 18th, their website says they have 130 in stock. It's April 4th, they still haven't shipped it.
I communicated to the store to refund my money if it hadn't shipped by March 30th. They acknowledged the message. Part didn't ship, no refund issued.

This order was the second time I purchased a very expensive commercial (~$500) handle/lock set from ZenSupply. My initial purchase was flawless. Not only was their price significantly less than other vendors and half of what my local locksmith would charge but delivery was fast.
My second purchase had a problem. A ZenSupply representative provided incorrect information resulting in my ordering a product without a special feature I needed. I contacted ZenSupply about the problem and they took ownership of their error. I returned the handle/lock set and received a full refund. They resolved the situation in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. My experience speaks volumes about their commitment to provide products at a fair price with excellent customer service.
